I nervously waited for his answer, removing the hankercheif and placing it on the bedside table. I bit my nails out of habit.

He sighed.

"Look, it's a just misunderstanding. Lisa just kissed me right before you saw us and ran off," he said. He drew an 'X' over where his heart would be with his finger.

"Cross my heart."

I blushed and let out a soft giggle at his action, hiding my head in his chest.

"Believe me?"

I inhaled his addicting cologne.

"Yeah. I do."

I didn't look up, but I could tell he was smiling as he rested his chin on my head.

"He left," I whined.

I heard an exasperated sigh come from the earpiece.

"You didn't chase after him?"

"No. Why would I?" I scoffed and rolled my eyes. I didn't care about him. I just wanted to see Taehyung cry.

"Oh I don't fucking know, Lisa. Maybe because he's going to find Taehyung and explain what happened."

"And?"

The person groaned in frustration.

"The whole thing would be for nothing."

"That's not my problem. I got what I wanted and I'm done with you." I said before ripping the earpiece out and throwing it on the ground.

I stepped on it, twisting my foot and walking off, swaying my hips side to side as I walked back into the school.
