I realize that these last few updates have been really really slow, and I'm really really sorry for that. I've been writing for a different story (not Imaginary- one I haven't published yet). That's probably one large reason why you guys are confused because I've been taking hella long to update, aND I (stupidly) didn't put recaps on the chapters I did update.

I'm wallowing in tears now, but on the other hand here we have a break from the madness to (not yell at me please or throw great amounts of confusion at) answer questioNS!

Like: Is Halo dead? Is Niall dead? Is Walter dead? Is Carter dead? Is everybody dead? Is Walter, Harry? Why can Halo touch people if she's dead? Did Halo actually drown when she jumped off the bridge? What even is Carter? Is Walter in love with Halo?

I've read pretty much all your comments and most of them ask those question. Others just say that they are confused- iF you are confused, don't be afraid to ask questions because I actually want to know what is making you confused! I don't know if this will help, but read away if your lost or need to remember the story a bit better.

1. IS HALO DEAD? : Yes, Halo is dead. She was alive during the same time period Walter was alive. How did she die? She was the girl that Walter tried to save that one day he broke out of Wesborough Mental Asylum (that part was in chapter 14.0 incase you try to find it).

2. IS NIALL DEAD? : Niall is not dead (we presume) because Halo and Walter are on a mission to find him. Remember that he could still be getting energy from his afterlife to stay alive.

3. IS WALTER DEAD? : Yes, he's lingering. Ghosts only linger when they have something yet to accomplish. In Walter's case the only thing he wanted to accomplish as a human was for Halo to love him, and therefore that's how they are both stuck lingering. Does that make any sense? Let me know-

4. IS CARTER DEAD : Yep, yes, yuppers. He's been dead for a long time, and was originally Walter's demon when he was alive. He's quite obsessed with Halo. He's still got secrets. (No spoilers)

5. IS EVERYBODY DEAD? : Refer back to question two.

6. IS WALTER ACTUALLY HARRY? : Walter is Harry's great grandfather, so no Walter is n❁t Harry, but he does look exactly like a punkish version of how the real life seventeen year old Harry Styles looked like.

7. WHY CAN HALO TOUCH PEOPLE LIKE HER MOM OR HER DOG, HARVEY? : Last chapter Walter tells Halo she has 'human tendencies' because, "It's the power of belief. You believed you were alive so powerfully that your body adapted to the prospect." Pretty much, she thought she was human so she became human, and when Walter told her she wasn't, her body started to change back slowly into a ghosts. (She still is in the process). ALSO, her parents she has right now aren't her real ones, I explained in chapter ten that she was adopted.

8. DID HALO DIE WHEN SHE JUMPED FROM THE BRIDGE? : No. She just got injured, and she died way before the jump off the bridge (refer to question one if your confused as to why Halo is dead)

9. DAFUQ IS CARTER? : He's a demon that sort of kinda looks like magcon boy, Carter Reynolds. He's also Halo's boyfriend because she has yet to dump him.

10. IS WALTER IN LOVE WITH HALO? : He was in love with her, but time changed the both of them, and now they're just focusing on finding Niall (sort of like Finding Dory). The only way to stop lingering is for Halo to love Walter. But who knows if they fall in love? (Obviously not me)

11. HOW IS HALO ADOPTED IF SHE'S A GHOST? : She was adopted when she was seventeen, but she's been reliving the last few years of life over and over. In her mind she was fifteen and then went up to age seventeen and then did that cycle over and over again. The adoption center didn't know what was wrong with her so they told the couple who adopted her that she had a growing disorder, although she doesn't. Yes, that does mean she has been going to Oak Harbor High School, home of the Wildcats for a looong time. (What team?)

12. DOES NIALL KNOW THAT HALO AND CARTER ARE DEAD? : No, he doesn't because he's been in his after life, and has missed out on a whole lot of stuff. Although, Niall does know that something is up with Carter because he read Carter's mind while he was a ghost.

(P.S. You guys refer to Walter as Harry so much that a few hundred times I've accidentally typed Harry and then had to retype Walter! Knock it off, crazy papayas)
