Velaryon: A Game of Thrones Fan Fiction

Intro

The story you are about to read contains spoilers for Game of Thrones Seasons 2 - 8, beware!

This character has been developed for several years and she is very dear to me. I've only recently thought of publishing this story as several friends have persuaded me to do so. Enjoy!

Each chapter contains a track from the OST that I found fits that chapter and, for me at least, adds more mood and environment to them. Some have tracks for that exact scene when they aired, example: Don't Die with a Clean Sword for the Battle of Blackwater Bay chapter, and others have tracks that fit my scenes, like Before the Old Gods for the first chapter.

Below is a short bio for each of my characters before you read, if you wish. If not, enjoy reading!

Rhaena Velaryon: [Has PoV's] Lady Rhaena Velaryon is the main character of this story. She is of Valyrian descent, having lilac eyes and silver gold hair that almost appears white as snow. She is very timid in nature but is a very skilled fighter, having learned from her friend Ser Torlin. Through the story, she will gain more confidence, learn secrets and seek the freedom to become her own person. [Adelaide Kane]

Visaerya Velaryon: [Has PoV's] Visaerya Velaryon is Rhaena's manipulative, coldhearted mother. She dislikes her daughter due to the nature of her birth and has taken to abusing her consistently because of it, mentally and physically. Visaerya is from House Targaryen by birth, being the twin sister of Aerys ll Targaryen, and takes pride on being of it. She favors her son over her daughter and holds him on a high pedestal. She has the silver hair of a Targaryen as well as lavender eyes with hints of blue in them. [Mädchen Amick]

Daemon Velaryon: [No PoV's] Lord Daemon Velaryon is Rhaena's older brother by five years. He shows early signs of being mentally disturbed and has a vile attraction to his sister. Under Visaerya's controlling nature, Daemon has spent the past few years forcing himself on his sister in a misguided attempt to get her to love him back. All this has done, however, is push her further away. Daemon shares his mother's looks of silver hair and lavender eyes with hints of blue in them. [Alexander Ludwig]
