The next few mornings let me fall into a routine. Having a meal with a bunch of psychopaths wasn't terrible. Despite the psychotic rage, they were fun to talk to.
Barbara & Tabitha took an interest in me. They treated me like a little sister. We would enjoy messing with Mayor James. Tabitha took me under her wing & started training me. At the penthouse, we would do hand to hand but went to wood areas for gun training. I was better at guns than with my fists. It was the afternoon so we had a sparing lesson. I was able to get a few punches in but Tabitha kept knocking me on my back a few moments later. The boys came in to watch which made me nervous.
"Never lose focus." Tabitha warned before kicking at me head.
Using my peripheral, i caught her leg. I used the moment to toss her to the side & pounced on her. I used one of her knives from her boot to keep pressure on her carotid artery. I used my weight to keep her pinned & held her hands above her head.
" good job kid. You're a quick learner." Tabitha complimented me before I felt her whip go around my neck, forcing me to let her go.
"Always look for friends. Never know when they'll show up to help." Barbara whispered into my ear as Tabitha cockily got up. Once she was up, Barbara released me
"Ok, thanks I will." I replied as I got up & felt arms wrap around my waist
"You looked amazing. A little rough around the edges but still fantastic." Jerome growled in my ear which made me chuckle. He quickly swivelled me around making me bump into his chest. "Oh, we're having a date night. I found something that I've been dying to see you in. Its hanging in your closet. Well I'm off to work, see you around 8 sweetie." Jerome told me as his eyes turned predatory. I just gave him a smile before he left.
The girls were eager to see what he left me. They dragged me to our room & started rummaging through the closet. Eventually they found a black dress bag. Tabitha held it up while Barbara unzipped it, revealing a beautiful red dress.

"Wow, Jerome really outdid himself." Tabitha commented as she poked her head to the side
"This is a $1,500 dress. He has some good taste." Barbara said as her jaw dropped
"It's beautiful but is really revealing." I commented as I ogled the dress
"I think that was his intention." Barabara & Tabitha mumbled. "Get freshened up so you can try on everything." Barbara ordered me as Tabitha threw a robe & towels my way
I took my time in the shower. Thankfully they were rich so I didn't feel too bad about hogging the water. After an hour, I stepped out of the shower & used the robe to cover me up. With my slippers on, I left the safety of the bathroom to the bedroom. As soon as I stepped out, they were handing me the dress & shoes. I scooped them into my arms & went back in to change. I returned a few moments later on in the full getup: dress & shoes .
