Liz understood Luke's situation and let him stay home for the rest of the day. She did make him do some homework, though. They decided to go to Michael's house.

Michael's bed was soft and warm. Luke had closed eyes as Michael ran his fingers through his hair. It was nice. Michael let out a breath. "What happened today, angel?" he mumbled against Luke's cheek. The nickname made Luke's heart flutter.

"I was just... overthinking, and then it became too much," he said quietly. Michael frowned, pulling Luke closer, if that was even possible. He nuzzled his nose into Luke's neck, pressing a kiss there afterwards. Luke giggled, playfully pushing Michael's head away. "It hurts me you have to go through all of that. But I promise you, I will be here every step of the way." Luke wiggled out of Michael's grib, turning to look at him. He knew he had to ask some time, and that time was now "Uhm... M-my therapist, she wanted me to ask if- if you and my mum wanted to go to a session with me... you know, to like, talk." he looked down in embarrassment. He hated talking about therapy, because it just made it all real. He was actually depressed, he did actually have anxiety. It wasn't just a nightmare that never ended.

"Y-You don't have to..." he then added, still looking down at his hands. Michael gently grabbed his face, making Luke look at him "Hey, realx. I want to. Why does she want us to come to a session?" he asked, genuinely confused. Luke shrugged "I'm not sure actually... I think it was because of a nightmare I had." Michael hummed, he could tell Luke didn't wanna talk about it anymore so he changed the subject.

"Can I ask you something?" Michael asked with a grin, Luke raised an eyebrow "Yeah?"

"What colour should I dye my hair next? Do you wanna dye it?" he nodded with a grin. "I don't know. What colour do you want?" Michael shrugged his shoulders. He really didn't care, he just wanted to switch his hair colour.

Luke reached over and ruffled Michael's faded red hair "I like your red hair."

"And I like you." Michael booped Luke's nose as he blushed.

"What about you dye it... Galaxy!", Luke said and smiled brightly. He looked so excited, and cute, that he couldn't do anything but just stare at him with a fond expression. He must have been staring at him without saying something for a while, because Luke's smile fell and he suddenly looked so little.

"I'm sorry... Is that stupid?" he said, almost in a whisper. Michael snapped out of his daze, shaking his head "No, no. Not at all." he gently cupped Luke's cheeks -he seemed to do that a lot- making him look at him. "It's perfect. I love it." he caressed the blondes cheek lightly with his thumb "Wanna go get the dye now? There's a store a few blocks away?" he asked, Luke instantly got a bit anxious, but as his therapist said 'You have to face your fears and push yourself a little'

He slowly nodded "O-okay" Michael noticed Luke looked nervous and said "I'll be by your side the whole time, holding your hand." to prove his point he took Luke's hand and entwined their fingers.

Ashton strolled around Target looking for some female hygiene products for his mother. He stayed home from school to take care of her, only that day though. He lightly bopped his head along to the song he was listening to.

He pulled out his earbud when he heard someone that sounded an awful lot like Michael. He looked around a corner- and there he was with Luke. Luke was seated in the shopping cart looking up at Michael as he talked. "So, if it's gonna be galaxy, there has to be some black, right?" he held up the box of black dye. Luke nodded "Yeah, and some purple."
