Things were not getting easy and everyone was on edge ever since the incident with there crew member. Garrus on the other hand was snooping around trying to figure out what was going on with his comrade, but so far nothing.

He has tried to access her files but he was blocked out by EDI. Than he tried to ask Joker but no avail. No one was telling him anything, so he had no choice but to ask one person he knew had everything about (y/n).

The team was on the Citadel, to stock up on supplies and Garrus had started walking towards to one man that he could surely get answers from.... Captain Anderson.

Garrus walked into the room to see Councilman Anderson writing on a datapad. Anderson looked up from his datapad and smiled, "Garrus what can I do for you, when you called you were worried. Is everything okay?" he said with a curious look.

Garrus's breathe had stopped, he did not know how to ask about (y/n). "Well you see I was wondering if I could talk to you in Private." he said while looking directly towards him.

" Of course, you have my full attention Garrus." he said while standing up and waking towards him. "Well you see,.... Have you ever heard the name (y/n) Jones.. She worked for the Alliance." he said while looking for Anderson for answers.

There was a clear silence in the room and Anderson looked at Garrus with wide eyes... "How do you know that name..." he said while breaking the silence.

"why what's the matter..?!" Garrus said with curiosity...

"(y/n) Jones was my daughter..... And she had died 5 years ago." He said with sadness.

What........?! How can this be possible...

" (y/n) Jones is a dear friend of mine. I can clearly say that she has been alive for quite sometime...May ask how did she die?" Garrus said with a look that only described his questionable mind.

"(y/n) is alive..... I can't believe it...." The councilman said while sighing. He walked to the balcony and looked up to the artificial sky in the Citadel. He sighed and leaned on the railing. "(y/n) was a commander, one of the best in the alliance along with Shepard.... she was a sweet girl who always favoured saving lives before hers thats why her comrades respected her to no ends. Before she died, she was sent on a mission to see some unusual behaviour happening in the clusters. Colonists were disappearing at a faster rate, the council had decided to send (y/n) to investigate it..... Surprising is it not.... the council trusted a human to investigate the disappearances of colonists." He said while smiling sadly.

Garrus was still listening to the councilman, knowing full well where the conversation was going. Anderson shifted to the right and looked at Garrus straight in the eye, "(y/n) was always referred to as Blaze because of her fast shooting skills, she loved that name as she though that name struck fear in the hearts of her enemies." he said.

" You have no idea Anderson." Garrus thought while smiling.

"The colony she was sent to was a Turian colony, this colony had the same case of "disappearing colonists", as (y/n) started investigating the situation she found something that even she could not bare." Anderson said with disgust all over his face.

" She had found mutilated Turian remains, she reported to the council immediately and thus she was sent to every corner of the galaxy to find the person responsible... but she would always come empty." he said while going rigid.

"Council man what had exactly happened to her... how did she die?" I asked the same question, wanting an answer.

" You really want to know, here is your answer. She had gotten a lead through one of her contacts that the enemy would strike in the colony in the Exodus Cluster, meaning Eden Prime would he attacked. I tried to stop her but it was too late she was bound to stop the enemy.... Once she reached the cluster her ship was attacked by an unknown enemy ship.... she had contacted me, knowing full well that it would be the last time she would talk to me." Anderson said while tears in his eyes.

"She told me how she was proud that I saved her form herself and how I had loved her as my own daughter. She thanked me and after so many years she called me 'dad'. Before I could say anything the last thing I heard was an explosion and the line was cut." he said

Anderson was crying, Garrus did not know what to do... how can he console this man who had lost his daughter. Garruas did not understand the his pain and the only thing he could do was pat the councilman's back.

"Anderson, I just don't understand how come she died but is still alive." he said while looking at the man for more answers. Anderson was a hollow man right now, he cannot answer Garrus's constant questioning mind. There was a looming silence, when all of a sudden the doors opened and a voice came that Garrus knew perfectly well.

"Why ask him when I can answer all of your questions for you." she said with a glare directed towards him.....

What is happening now?
