I had a book in my hand, and my glasses were on the bridge of my nose as I sat against a tree at the local park reading a book. It was quiet out, and the sun was about to set, making the sky a beautiful gold, red and purple. I felt a branch snap and I looked up startled. It was just Johnny.

"Hey Y/N! Didn't mean to scare you." He laughed lightly. I blushed pushing my glasses up letting me see his face clearly. "It's ok Johnny, you don't need to apologize. I'm scared of my own shadow." I giggled. He sat down next to me and he wrapped an arm around my shoulders. My skin heated up at his touch.

As you can tell, I have a major crush on Johnny. I mean who wouldn't?! He was perfect in every way and I wouldn't want him to change anything for anyone. I looked over to Johnny for a split second and seen he was looking at the sunset, so I watched it too. We stayed in complete silence the whole time.

Once the sun disappeared, and the stars began to appear I laid back counting them or look for shooting stars. "Man, that sunset was sure pretty wasn't it?" Johnny spoke. I nodded, turning my head towards Johnny who was lying down next to me looking at me too. "Yeah, it was," I smiled shyly. I could feel his warm minty breath fan my face.

"Have I ever told you how pretty you are Y/N?" Johnny asked. I felt my cheeks heat up and I began to fiddle with the end of my shirt. "Yeah, you tell me all the time," I chuckled. He brought his hand up to my cheek and caressed it taking me a little off guard. "Your beautiful Y/N, no matter what. Your perfect the way you are never change," he said.

"Thank you, Johnny," I blushed. I looked into his deep, dark brown eyes and our heads began to slowly make their way towards each other. I closed my eyes and I felt his lips touch mine lightly. They were really warm and soft. We pulled away and we stared at each other with sly grins on both of our faces. "Y/N would you do me the honor of being my girl?" He asked.

I nodded kissing his cheek, "I thought you would never ask!" I giggled. We got up and we both began to walk towards the Curtis House since we both weren't really wanting to go home. We walked in hand in hand, and all the boys began to cheer. "Finally you asked her out man!" Dally cheered. We both blushed turning towards each other smiling. Today was the best day of my entire life.
