It was absolutely freezing, i was ready to go home and lay in my bed. but no. i was stuck at the movies with my friend jade. we made plans way back to watch this movie, which i don't remember but of course she does. My head slowly began to fall off my palm onto Jade's shoulder. She nudged my head off her shoulder making me jolt up.

"Hey what was that for!" I grumbled rubbing my cheek still half asleep. "If you keep falling asleep, you're gonna miss the good part." She said not once moving her eyes from the screen. "But you said that 20 times already, and i haven't seen a good thing about this movie at all. It's pointless." I could feel her eye roll even though it was completely dark. She didn't say anything making me scoff looking to the screen with a pout.

After about 30 more minutes, the movie ended and the lights flipped on. I hopped up leaving Jade behind pushing my way through all the people. Once i made it outside i sighed with a light laugh. "Cut your hair you flighty greaser." A car drove by yelling, taking me off guard. I turned my head noticing a young boy look away from the movies, and frown. "Aye kid don't listen to them, there just jealous they don't have your beautiful hair." I said walking to him laying my hand on his shoulder.

"Thank you," he said blushing lightly scratching his neck. "Don't worry about it, where ya headin. Me and my friend Jade would love to walk you home." I smiled making him grin, Jade opened her mouth to protest when i gave her a glare. She shut her mouth and fell in behind me as we followed behind the boy.

"I never did catch your name kid." I said making him turn and smile. "That's because i never threw it." He said making me laugh lightly. I liked this kid, he seemed really cool. Weird seeing as i never meet him before if we were both greasers. I knew almost everyone.

"I'm Ponyboy. What's your name."

"I'm y/n but most people call me wraps because i have wrap on my hands all the time. Nice name by the way." I said he thanked me and everyone went silent. We were up a dirt road when a car came flying by us in front of us. "Hey!" I yelled.

They all climbed out of the car circling all around us. "Wait i know you. You're the one that fought my girlfriend at school. Oh i call dibs on you." A boy growled walking towards me only to be pushed back by the leader. "Hey man chill. You'll get your chance." He said looking towards me with a wink. "What do you guys want. If you all don't want to get hurt you'll leave us alone and go on with your day."

"Aw i'm so scared, you got me shaking in my socks." He faked worried on his face making his pals laugh. "You will once a break that big nose on your face." I spit making him smirk. "Honey i like your attitude. How about you come hangout with us." He said walking to me laying a hand on my face. I smacked it away punching him in the gut. He grunted holding his stomach in pain. "Damn you sure got a punch. I didn't want to do this but you left me no choice. Get them."

They all ran towards us causing me to grab Pony and Jade and push them down the street as fast as i could. They grabbed me pulling me back making Pony and Jade stop. "Go! Just go!" I yelled pushing a boy off me and taking off the other way. "Don't let her go!"

They all pinned me to a barn door, and the one boy pulled out a blade. He slid it under my chin causing me to yell, i started jerking pulling a hand loose punching him in the nose cracking it. "Told you i'd break it punk!" I yelled making them hold me more tightly.

He growled standing up straight jabbing the knife into my wrist making me scream louder than before. "Shut this bitch up!" He yelled causing a sock to go in my mouth making me gag. "Hey let the girl go!" Boys yelled making them turn and panic. "Bod what do we do!" One boy panicked.

"Let's go," He yelled looking back to me. "This isn't over love." He smirked winking and running to his car. I took the sock out of my mouth wrapping my wrist. "You sure did take a beating." Jade said looking at the sock turn a dark tint of red. "Yeah i need some wrap for my hand. I broke the dudes nose, along with my hand." I laughed making her laugh along with me.

"Y/n thank you for taking up for me," Pony said walking up to me pulling me in for a hug. I smiled lightly patting his back. "No problem kid, i didn't want your beautiful hair or face to get hurt." I joked pulling away rubbing his head.

We walked to a house where a bunch of guys stood together. "Hey thanks for helping my kid brother out." A boy with movie star grin said smiling. I smiled back nodding.

"Yeah no problem."

One boy caught my eye in particular, he stood tall with cold eyes that drew me curious. "Hi i'm Darry Curtis, i'm Ponyboy's older brother." He smiled making me blush lightly. "Hi i'm y/n."

"Thank you for taking up for him." He said making butterflies erupt in my stomach. "N-no problem."

"Wait i know you! You're wraps!" A boy yelled making me blush. "Steve stop yelling, this girl just got jumped. Don't be giving guest headaches." Darry scowled making me giggle lightly. "Sorry but i've heard of you. Your real popular you know." Steve said.

"Steve," Darry yelled making Steve go quiet with a laugh.
