Today is a big day for me. Today is the day i become brave enough to ask out my crush Tori, i've liked her for so long. But being my awkward self and all, it was hard to even spark a conversation without stuttering or going completely red. But if i don't make a move now, someone will get her before i do then i would hate myself forever. I was walking down the sidewalk to school with Johnnycake at my side.

I was bouncing my red ball trying to take my nervousness away. But once we made a turn and I seen the high school I took a deep breath and put my ball in my hoodie pocket, and walked up the stairs to the front doors. I stood there for a minute debating with myself if I should go in or not. I felt a hand on my shoulder. "You got this come on," Johnny said walking in front of me into school. I looked around the hallway anxiously hopping to spot Tori.

I heard her laugh and looked to her locker and seen her laughing with Twobit and Steve. I noticed someone's arms across her and I froze in my spot. It was Steve's. "C'mon you know Steve and Tori are really good friends." Johnny said tugging at my arm. I nodded lightly walking over to them. "Hey guys." Johnny said making them turn to us. Tori and Steve's eyes lingered on me. "Tori i've been meaning to ask you something. Would you go out with me?" I said hurriedly feeling my cheeks heat up.

"Sorry bud she's with me," Steve laughed giving me a nuggie. I felt anger boil inside of me, and i fisted my knuckles until they turned white. "How could you, i told you guys how much I liked her and you still went and asked her out!" I yelled making everyone stare and Steve's eyes widen. "Pony t-" i turned away and stormed to my first class my feelings hurt.

The day went by slowly and i didn't do much, i just felt like i couldn't do anything. It was finally time to go home, and I decided to walk by myself. Out of everyone i knew how could he do it. I walked up the front steps of the house and sat down on the couch watching Tv. Soda walked in after me smiling. "Hey Pones." Soda said sitting down next to me. Steve then walked in with a frown on his face, I clenched my jaw. "Pony you didn't let us finish. This was all a setup to see if you'd get jealous."

All of my anger left and i looked to Steve. "Where is Tori?" I asked standing up. He nodded his head towards the door, and I walked out seeing her sat on our porch swing. "Hey Pony." She smiled making me grin. "Steve told about.. everything. So would you consider going out with me?" I asked sitting down next to her grabbing her hand in mine. She nodded and I felt victory. I cheered to myself picking her up into a hug spinning her around. "Alright lovebirds keep the touching to a minimum." Soda laughed peaking his head out the door. We both laughed and walked inside sitting on the couch.

"How long have you liked," She asked making me look away from the Tv to her. "For a long time." I laughed lightly making her blush. We stared at each other for a minute just smiling. I finally won. I finally got the girl.
