I rose up out of my bed stretching my arms out with a yawn. I made sure to be quiet when I climbed out of my be, so I wouldn't wake lee my girlfriend up. I rubbed my eyes free of sleep and decided to pick up some food from the Dingo so we could eat before she leaves for work. I slipped of my shirt and pants, tying the laces up on my boots and lit a cigarette and walked outside onto the dirt road.

I walked up to the Dingo and pushed the door open. Socs were all over the place making me roll my eyes, most of them were already drunk. What a surprise. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned around seeing Cherry Valance. I use to try so hard to take her on a date, until I meet Lee. "Hey Dallas," she smiled walking next to me in the line. "What do you want?" I asked roughly more than a meant to be, but I truly didn't care. She never talked to me before in front of her friends. Something was up.

"Nothing just wanted to say hi to a friend," she shrugged lightly sending me one of her smiles. "Where's your boyfriend Bob. I'm sure he doesn't like that you're talking to me." I said turning away from her and walking up in the line and ordered me and Lees food.

"We aren't together anymore. I wasn't kidding when I said I wouldn't date him if he didn't sober up." She mumbled shaking her head following me. I didn't say anything as I waited for our food. I was hopping she would get the hint to move on and leave me alone.

"I was wondering if you'd like to catch a movie with me sometime." She asked lightly her cheeks turning a light pink shade. Obviously didn't get the him when I was ignoring her. "Sorry but I have a girlfriend, and I really love her so move on." I stated firmly making her eyes go wide. She turned away walking away and sat down at her table with her friends with a frown.

I smiled when I heard my name being called for food. I grabbed it walking out, and went on my way back to Buck's. I got there and Lee was already up, getting dressed to go work at the DX. "Hey baby." She said lightly pulling me in for a light kiss.

"Ohh you got us food." She cheered taking the food from my hands sitting on our bed. I laughed lightly as she tore her box open and started eating her food. She sighed happily getting back up and pulling me down with her. "Try this bacon. It's so amazing." She said showing the piece of bacon in my mouth forcefully.

I laughed eating it. "Yeah it's good." I said making her laugh her beautiful laugh. "I told you," she said kissing me lightly and laying her head on my chest eating another piece of bacon. "I love you doll," I said lightly kissing the top of her head.

She looked up at me grinning. "I love you too Dal." Boy was I crazy for this girl.
