Katelyn.
Aph had picked this girl for me to go out with. I'm not really sure about this but I already agreed so. The date is going to be later tonight. I walk into the forest to see (Y/n). "Hi Blue," she says without looking up. "Hey," I say. (Y/n) beckoned me closer. I walked to her and sit down. "I can't be here all day. I have a date," I tell her feeling proud of myself. (Y/n) merely nods. She doesn't even look at me really. "Today we're learning battle plans. I'll give you options you give me answers," (Y/n) says. I nod and lean back. So far this was the easiest lesson there was. "Okay in a battle you have three options. Either a sword, a knife, a bow, and an arrow. Which weapon will you choose? Keep in mind that your enemy is quick and much faster than you ever will be. They can sense fear and know when you're making your next move?" Okay, a dagger is a quick shorthand weapon. You have to be close to the person. A sword isn't long-range either. A spear you have to be precise with your aim. "I'll pick the sword," I finally decide. (Y/n) nodded. "Okay, your teammates are in grave danger. But you can only save one. Do you save the rebellion, the technician, the medic, or the fighter?" Another tricky question. Of course, I'll need a fighter, technician, and a medic. The rebellion can die for all I care. "I'll save the medic," I say. "Good. You know your stuff. Medics are good as well as technicians. You'll want a fighter by a rebel you won't. They might go against you." I had to go soon. To prepare for my date. We met at this really fancy restaurant. I felt out of my limit. This wasn't really my forte. The girl was actually really pretty. She had light brown hair and sparkling bluish-green eyes. She wore a dark coat over her red t-shirt and a blue scarf. The rest of her attire consistent of jeans and wheat-colored Tims.

"Hi, I'm Remedy. It's nice to finally meet you, Katelyn. Aphmau has told me a lot about you," she says. "Hi, Remedy. It's nice meeting you too," I say smiling. My stomach was raging with butterflies and other types of emotions. I wanted to run out of there and very come back. Why is Irene's name did I agree to this? I know Gene is a threat but I could deal with it. Relax Katelyn. You're doing this to help (Y/n). We sat at a table. "Remedy what do you like to do for fun," I asked? Trying not to sound awkward. Smooth Katelyn. Smooth. "Well, I like to go scuba diving and surfing. But mostly I like to curl up and read. What about you Katelyn," Remedy asked? What do I like? Lately, I been hanging out with (Y/n). Okay just breathe Katelyn. You got this. "Well, I like hanging out with friends. I like going to the beach. I guess that's pretty much." Remedy laughed and nodded.
(Y/n).
Okay, call me suspicious. And a stalker if you want. I'm just looking out for ka- my friend. I could catch every word from where I was perch because of my amulet. Yes I know it sounds like I'm a stalker. I'm just… worry. Katelyn means a lot to me. Even though I don't come off that way. I would never admit it to her. But she has. And still, I can't let her die until I figure out this stupid fluttery feeling. Focus (Y/n). You have the stuff to do. They get up after an hour. Talking excitedly. I assume the date is over so I head off. Meeting Dante at the park. I sit besides him. "You're late." "I never said I'll be here on time," I say looking out in space. "You gave Katelyn your amulet?" I shrugged. "She was in grave danger. What else was I suppose to do?" "You never took that amulet off. In any situation. What makes Katelyn so different," Dante asked? I stay silent. What made Katelyn? I honestly don't know. She's just so... How do I explain this? "(Y/n) do you have a crush," Dante ask? He turns to me and I look at him. "I don't know what a crush is," I point out. "It's when you have this fluttery feeling." So that's what that feeling is. A crush? "(Y/n) you have a crush!" I sank down on the bench. "It doesn't matter. Katelyn already has a date." "And how do you know that," Dante asked? A smirk on his face. I growled. "She happens to tell me earlier. I'm not a stalker like you Dante," I snarl. "Hey, I am no way near a stalker!" But there was a goofy grin on his face. "You're growing up kid." I roll my eyes.
Katelyn.
Remedy kissed my cheek and smiled. "I hope to see you again Kate. It was a pleasure," she says. I smile. "The same with you. We have to schedule another date sometime," I say. "Definitely." I walk out smiling. Once home my thoughts go to Remedy. She was so nice and understanding. I learned lots about her. And yet I couldn't just get over the fact that her eyes were so pretty. But then my thoughts went to (Y/n) and I felt a pang of guilt. I don't know why. I don't have feelings for her. We're just friends. (Y/n) wouldn't even like me even if I did want something. She was always pushing me away. While Remedy opened up to me. (Y/n) did open up to me. But I had to force her for it. It wasn't something I got on my own. So why do I feel this way? Sighing I close my eyes I go to sleep. Dreaming about Remedy.
