Chapter 15

Katelyn
I was walking home with Remedy. It has been quite some time since I saw (Y/n). Months actually. That to say I don't seem to care. Remedy and I have gone on some amazing dates. Gene has been leaving me alone. Everything seems back into place. Except for the dull ache in my heart. It doesn't matter though. (Y/n) is gone and out of my life. Far away from me. We were pasting a dark alley. Suddenly I'm forced into it. Remedy took out a blade. I backed up. Oh come on. I knew all this was too good to be true. Why won't anyone just leave me alone? "I'm sorry it has to be this Katelyn. But Gene needs you to be capture or out the picture. You knew too much information about everything," Remedy says. "Of course. This is about Gene. Everything in my life is coming out Gene. Oh my Irene," I exclaim now mad! "Don't worry Katelyn. This is just business. Business that I need to do because I need to do my job," Remedy says. She started towards me without hesitation. There was this lust in her eyes. She slashed at me with her blade and I jumped back. (Y/n) would be very helpful right about now. Remedy continued to cut me up. Probably like the fact that I'm putting up a fight.

I jump down growling. Over the months I had been fighting all these guys just so Katelyn was safe. And now this stupid bitch wants to show up. Remedy smirked, turning around. "It's always a pleasure to see you (Y/n). Always if I should say so myself," she says. "You know casualties aren't your best suit," I spat. "Shall we," Remedy asked? "We shall." I blocked the knife to my head. "I say you were good but that would be a proven wrong on any occurred," I say. "Your snarky comments won't work this time," Remedy says. "I wouldn't say that," I taunt. I kick her in the stomach and send a punch. My amulet glowed. She slashed at my stomach and I let out a small hiss. Holding my side. "You're weak. Just let me finish my job." I growled and launch. We fought for a little while more. I forgot my first rule. Never show any emotion. That's a weakness they take up. I fought with pure anger. Her head hit the wall and she tumbled forward. I smirked. Finally, that day has come. That will teach the pest a lesson. I look up at Katelyn. Who rushed to me. Right into my arms. "Thank you." It was barely a whisper. But I heard it. Guess being a werewolf has some perks. She suddenly steps back. "You're bleeding," she cries. "It doesn't matter. Are you okay," I asked? "Yeah. Come on. You can rest at my place," Kate says. "Okay Blue," I whispered. Katelyn smiles. We go to her house. I hold onto the wound. 
Katelyn
I laid (Y/n) down on my bed. I knew it was extra risky to put her in my bedroom. But I thought this would be the best if Gene happened to make a special visit. I quickly gather up materials to help tend to the wound. I peel her hands away. (Y/n) winced. She closed her eyes as I lift the shirt. I lift it a little above the wound and started applying the alcohol. (Y/n) hissed. Her whole body grew tense. "Sorry," I whispered. "It's okay," I hear her say. "I owe you a lot. And I'm really glad you showed up," I say. (Y/n) shrugged and then hissed. I tape gauze onto the wound and pull away. "Rest here. I don't want you to move," I say. "My amulet heals me up. I just need a na-." She turned into a wolf. The (f/c) fur falling onto my blankets. (Y/n) whimpered closing her eyes. "I thought the amulet helped," I say. A whimper sounded again. It must be for the wound. Her wolf part comes out as she heals. "Sleep here." (Y/n) slightly nodded. I stayed until she fell asleep. Then I went to grab an extra blanket. After finding it I let the blanket fall onto the warm body. The next day (Y/n) did seem better. "Thanks, Blue." "You kinda deserved it. How did you know Remedy," I asked? "Figure in the past. I got to tell you something," (Y/n) says. "What?"
(Y/n)
We sat on her couch. Cups of hot chocolate in our hands. I took a shaky breath. She was beautiful really. I wasn't sure about having a mate. But if it's her, I can handle it. Because she's just what I need. "(Y/n)?" I looked at the girl. "Sorry. I uh zoned out," I say. "You said you had to tell me something," she asked? "Oh uh yeah." I took another shaky breath. "I uh… I really like you Blue," I whisper. She looked at me. Her cup close to her mouth. "You do…" I nod. I waited for about five minutes as those beautiful blue eyes stare at me. Kate put her cup down. A smile on her face. "That's refreshing actually. Because I like you too," she says. "Great!" I leap forward and rub my nose against her. Katelyn blushed. "I'll see you tonight okay." "Where to," Katelyn asked? "It's a surprise. Don't dress up," I say. Katelyn smiled. "Okay, you pup. Also, you should put your ears and tail up," she says. I rub our noses again. "Okay. Bye Blue."
Katelyn.
I smile to myself. Hugging the pillow to myself. I don't even know when (Y/n) is coming back. But I'm guessing it's later in the night. So I guess I have time to stop by at Aph's. I told her about my plans tonight and she squealed. "Come on. Let's get you dressed!" "She said not to get dressed up," I say. "We're going to make you look great without a lot of work!"
