Chapter Twenty Four

‘Wait, are you serious?’ I half shouted at Matt when it registered what he’d said.

‘A hundred per cent! You’re quite welcome to join us if you want to?’ He replied.

‘Yes, god yes! Thank you so much!’ I squealed at Matt and my mum laughed. I turned to Cody and he pounded forward, picking me up in a hug.

‘This is amazing!’ He said, putting me down after about five minutes in the air.

‘I’m a bit speechless!’ I said, the thoughts in my brain jumbling.

I’m going to travel the world, with the best boyfriend ever.

Holy pewp.

‘So six months minimum?’ Cody asked.

‘Yep, I would like to leave it up to you as to where we go, the world is literally your oyster, but we need to sort out a list asap.’ He replied.

‘Do you want to do it now?’ He said and Matt nodded.

‘Sure!’

‘Hannah are you coming with us?’ He said to me, taking my hand.

‘No, I’ll stay here thanks, need to do some work!’ I replied and I squeezed his hand and smiled at him. He kissed my cheek and walked off to the door talking to Matt.

I sat down next to my mum, who was still beaming, but stood up to hug her.

‘Thank you so much mum!’ I said.

‘You’re very welcome sweetie, and I’ll be touring with an acting class at the same time, so I’ll literally be only a few hours away at all times. I’m going to fit my schedule with the once that Cody presents and I’ll be able to visit you every week, if you want to see me!’ She joked and I laughed.

‘Of course!’ I replied.

‘Now, go upstairs and do some work!’ She said and I slumped up the stairs to my room. It was already 6pm and I did around two hours of work before deciding on an early night, seeing as I’d been lacking sleep recently. I climbed in bed and decided to check Twitter. I read through about a hundred of my mentions, expecting to see hate but instead I was met with lots of ‘Aww, you guys are too cute’ type tweets. I couldn’t help but smile as well when I checked the girl’s Twitter from earlier and saw how much she had freaked out at being tweeted about me. I decided to stop there and go to bed with a smile on my face and I fell asleep with ease.

I woke up with a message from Cody.

‘Morning beautiful, check your Twitter<3’ It read. It always made me smile when Cody called me beautiful, I don’t know why, but it felt special when he said it. I did as the message said and saw a tweet from Cody and Alli.

Oh, and Matt.

Cody: ‘Happy to announce that I’ve just sat with @ItsMattGraham to finalise dates for my WORLD TOUR that will kick off THIS summer! Also happy to announce that my beautiful sister @AlliSimpson will be joining me, alongside my amazing girlfriend @HannahClayton! See you in summer angels <3’

Alli: ‘Yeah boys, we’re travelling round the world! So proud of you bro! And, WOAH! Welcome to the crew @HannahClayton! This summer is gonna be sick!’

Matt: ‘@CodySimpson @AlliSimpson @HannahClayton you kids are going to make summer a sick one!

It started to become real. I tapped the call button over Cody’s name and waited for him to pick up the phone.

‘Hello gorgeous!’ he said in a yawn.

‘Hello there handsome!’ I mimicked and he laughed.
