Niall’s POV

I was literally crawling with happiness when I heard Rebecca agree to go out for a meal with me, was this a date? I watched as she took her turn and scoring a strike, jumping in the air to celebrate. Next it was Sophie’s turn. I watched as she put her book down and walked over to the start of the alley, picking up a bowl on the way. Her first throw caused the ball to go into the pit as she pouted her bottom lip.

I saw Harry get up and grab the next ball for her. What is he doing? As he put his arms around her, whispering key tips in her ear, I was sat freaking out. They only just managed to bear being in the same car together, what the hell does he think he is playing at? They haven’t even made up and now he’s stood with his arms around her teaching her to throw bowls. I admit, she did get a strike which was classed as a spare from it, but he needs to be careful before he gets any deeper in this mess.

I diverted my mind and spoke to Rebecca, taking my mind off of it. “You could have asked me to go to the dumpsite and I’d of still gone with you.” Becca admitted playing with the hooks on her denim dungarees that she wore over her minion crop top, a hat accompanying her long wavy brunet hair.

“Don’t give me ideas for next time” I chuckled before realising I had said ‘next time’.

“Who says there’ll be a next time?” She winked as I stood up to take my turn. I threw my bowl down the alley and watched as the pins fell, leaving only 5 pins standing. In the corner of my eye, I saw Harry with his arm on the back of Sophie’s seat peering over at the book she was reading. As she pushed his face away giggling slightly, he kissed her hand.

Oh god. He needs to stop. He doesn’t even have the ‘I was drunk’ excuse to back him up this time. If Michael saw them now, who knows what would happen?

I threw the ball with anger down the alley and the remaining pins where swept to the back of the pit. I pretended to be happy but Harry’s actions were bothering me. Luckily it was his turn; I couldn’t bear to watch anymore of his flirting with someone who isn’t his.

When I sat down, I felt Rebecca’s hand land on my thigh, rubbing gently. She must have seen and thought the same. I rested my head on her shoulder and watched Harry bowl.

The rest of the game went by slower than I had hoped. I honestly loved spending time with them, especially Rebecca, but watching Harry flirt with Sophie was driving me mad. She clearly was oblivious as to what he was trying to do but I could see right through him and I know it won’t end well.

I stole Rebecca’s hat and posed for a selfie whilst walking to KFC to grab something to eat. We managed to dodge the paps and get there safely. I was holding Rebecca’s hand whilst waiting in queue to order when a young girl tapped my shoulder.

“Um I’m Lucy and I- I was wondering if you are Niall Horan?” She stuttered nervously. I bent down to her height and nodded softly. I had signed her notebook, making small conversation, and she skipped away happily.

“That was cute.” A strong British accent spoke from beside me.

“It was nothing” I brushed it off

“No, you didn’t have to sign it, most celebrities would get annoyed and say they are having a private dinner or something but you did and I think that was cute.” I didn’t have an answer to this and I couldn’t help but kiss her. Her rosy lips were too tempting and I was running out of answers for her random confessions if that’s what you’d call them.

I pulled away realising we were in a queue and in public. “So are you” I winked and ordered our food.

The rest of our day out included lots of kissing, Harry’s flirting (which I’m still mad about) and lots of laughter.
