Sophie POV
The next morning I woke up beside him. His hair splayed messily over the white hotel room pillows as I sighed gently. My fingers slowly stroking his soft cheek as I bite my lip to stop myself smiling too wide.
“What are you doing here?” Were the first words to fall from his mouth as I bit my tongue, sighing softly and looking deep into his green eyes.
“I had to make a decision about who I wanted… I couldn’t keep playing you both…” I say gently as my fingers to continue to gently stroke the jawline under his skin.
The way my lips had felt over it previously. The way his hands had made their way to my waist reminded of the feelings he had given me previously. The tender touches and careful movements given to me by the boy laid beside me once again.
“B-But why are you here then?” He says softly, lifting a hand to run through his hair.
“I chose you” I say softly, biting my lip as his large hands pulled me closer to him. My face pressed against his chest as I kissed the soft and gentle skin, stroking it carefully, not wanting to make any sort of mark against it.
I’d hold you closer than I ever did before
“Never leave me again” He says quietly, kissing the fruity smelling hair on the top of my head. His fingers stroking my back slowly as I sniff gently, not having had much sleep. Mainly because I’d been watching him sleep all night.
And you’d never slip away, and you’d never hear me say
“I won’t, I promise you I never will” I say quietly as I cuddle as close as I can to him, inhaling the smell I had done once before.
“I’m here to stay… with you…”
