Chapter 63
Michael POV;
I sighed softly as I looked at my - currently - ex-girlfriend. Her arm was around Luke’s shoulders as she hushed him quietly. His head on her chest as she kissed his head softly. Tears down both of their cheeks.
Luke was as upset as Sophie about two important people in their lives going once again. A soft sob left Luke’s lips as he clearly thought once more about Grace.
We arrived at the hotel and made our way to the rooms. I settled for the living room area where Ashton was sat. “Why didn’t you come to the airport mate?” I say softly, looking at the messy haired boy.
“We argued” He says simply, staring at the television playing the most boring programme in the world about flowers.
“About…” I say trying to egg him on to tell me more about it.
“She has feelings for me.” He groans running his hands over his face. This made me look even more confused than the fact they had argued.
“What?” I sigh as he ignored me. This made me leave the room to try and find Sophie to try and find out if she knew.
She was currently sat on the apple laptop on her bed in Calum’s room. Black framed glasses on and her hair in a messy bun. The cutest look I had ever witnessed on her, causing my heart to fall even more than before.
“Soph, do you know what’s gone on with Ash and Becky? He seemed really distant…” I say softly watching as she shook her head, clearly focused on the conversation she was having with Rebecca on facebook.
She wasn’t really a lot of help to be honest.
“Do you know where- Woah Calum got a girl who clearly knows how to keep him going” I chuckle nodding my head to the sheets as he head quickly lifts to look at me.
“Yeah, clearly…” She says trying to laugh. Weird.
“Do you know where he is?” I say looking at her as her eyes go wider than before as she shakes her head.
“N-No…” She mutters looking back at the computer as I nod slowly, before hearing the door open and see Calum walk in.
“I just left my wallet” He says softly before reaching for it along with Sophie. Both of their hands quickly moving away as Calum quickly picks it up. Both of them looking awkward.
Before I could even ask Calum about Ashton and Rebecca, he was off out of the room.
“Soph, look, I understand you can’t stand me right now but I miss you” I mutter softly looking at my black ‘punk’ boots, “And damn it that bun and you’re glasses aren’t making it any easier for me not to miss you” I mutter as she looks up.
“No, I forgive you” She says softly making my heart speed up.
“I really was a twat to you… Am I allowed one more chance?” I say slowly, expecting a simply no and then being ignored.
Her face turned to a thinking one.
“I don’t know Michael…. Think of what happened before…” She says softly before biting her lip and smiling softly. “But, I guess you could but uh- I want to take things slow… I’ll stay in this room and come back to yours when we move to the next hotel” She says softly as I tackle her onto the bed in a hug, kissing her cheek happily as she laughs.
“Alright then… I’m going to go to find out more about Becky and such alright? Come and see me later” I say as she nods. I walk to the door before hearing a cough catching my attention.
A smirk on her perfect pink lips as she made a kiss face to me which I happily returned, walking over and kissing her softly before walking out.
Why were her and Calum so nervous around each other though?
That’s all I could think of.
