The Adventure

Chapter 2

(First person p.o.v<3)

I took Lydia to the backroom and layed her on the bed then started to clean her wound and wrap it in bandages. I walked out to the table in our kitchen and sat down while everyone else sat around me and waited,"What happened Alex?", Cas questioned. 

"I heard her scream and I ran over to her and she had been bitten by a Draconian.",I looked at them and waited for a response but in return they were silent,"...we need to call him. Look I know that you and him have history but he's the only way that she is going to survive, he knows those caves better than anyone else." Cas sighed and nodded then got up and left to go take care of Lydia. 

I looked at Eli but he left to,  I mentally laughed and got up to use the phone and dialed Noahs number.

"Noah, Lydia was bit by a Draconian. I was wondering if you could come over and help us get the medicine for her."

"....This isn't good, not good at all. Were was she bit and have the scales started to take over?"

"She was bit on her calf and yes there are a few scales, probably more by now but I'm not completely sure so lets assume yes. How long does she have before it takes over?"

"In most cases 1-2 days and the caves are like a maze if you don't know what you're doing. I'll need to take Eli with me, he is the most stealthy and quiet out of your group so get him ready I'll be there soon.", he hung-up and I stood there for what felt like forever. He wanted Eli to go with him, my Eli, those caves were the most dangerous thing in our land and no one ever went down there unless they were tiny and could fit in very small spaces or had perfect memory. Eli then walked into the house and I motioned for him to sit,"Noah would like you to accompany him to the caves, I'm sure he would understand if you said no."

"I'll go. He needs the help and Lydia needs that medicine-" he pulled me into his chest and stroked my head softly,"- don't worry, I'll come back. I promise." Then he went to our room and got ready for his trip with Noah.  I put some water on to boil and practiced my force field spell while i waited then got two cups down and made tea for Cas and Lydia and took it to them."Thank you Alex. Really, thank you."

"Your welcome Lydia," I looked at Cas and sighed," He'll be here in a little bit so I suggest that if you don't want to see him that you stay in here." She nodded and I turned to Lydia"Noah and Eli are going into the caves to get the medicine you need, you'll be ok. I promise, now let me have a look at your leg maybe my magic could slow the process a little." I moved to her leg and already the scales could b seen from under the bandage, awful sea green and black scales. I hummed and let the magic take over my hands and I placed them on her calf. Sadly though, it did nothing and the scales only continued to spread over her leg. I sighed and mumbled a sorry then went out to the kitchen and saw Noah with a map on the table discussing with Eli the best way to get the medicine."So now are we ready to go?" Noah questioned.

"Yes just let me say bye to Alex and we can go," Noah nodded and Eli came over to me and pulled me into a hug" I love you, I'll be back soon.", and with those words said he left with Noah.

(Ok sorry that I didn't update sooner I wanted to but didn't know how I wanted this chapter to go. In the next chapter you can expect some crazy stuff but anyway....have a nice morning, or night whenever you read this and BUH BYE <3)
