The Adventure

Chapter 20

|Alex p.o.v|

I went downstairs and put on a pot of coffee then some tea when a sleepy looking Ryan walked downstairs and hugged me. His stomach growled and I giggled, "You hungry?" he nodded yes, "You want to help me make some pancakes?"

He yawned and rubbed his eyes and stretched then I got the stuff out for pancakes and started mixing while he got the stove ready, I hummed when Ryan threw some flour into my hair. I gasped and threw some at him then laughed at his now very pale face, he laughed and wiped his face off then started to cook the pancakes.  I set the table when Noah and Celia walked down and took there seats as I handed them both coffee then Ryan handed them pancakes and they thanked us. Elijah, Cas, Lydia and Rosie trudged into the kitchen and took their seats then I laughed as I handed Eli and Cas some tea then Lydia and Rosie some coffee, Ryan gave them some pancakes and we sat down and joined them.

"So guys, who's going to the reunion this year?"{Alex}

"Noah has to go, he's practically family and I bet you a million lizard hides he hasn't been back home since the last reunion! I mean, at least we go everyone couple of months to make sure ma is ok."{Cas}

Noah grumbled something under his breath and I laughed at him,"If he's going then I'm going."{Eli}

I sighed and looked at him,"No Eli, not this time. We grew up together and I don't think ma is ready to be around anyone but family. This means you can't go either Ryan, family only this time."{Alex}

Ryan huffed and this time Noah laughed,"How is that fair?" Eli asked and started pouting.

I smiled and shrugged my shoulders then got up to clean the plates, Cas got up to help me, "Eli,Ryan,Noah, and Rosie, you guys need to pack up your stuff because now that he's dead it's safe for us to return back home." they nodded and went upstairs then after Cas and I finished we went to pack to.

TIME SKIPAROONI~[It's tomorrow morning]

Noah and Rosie were sitting on their horses then I hugged Lydia and Celia along with Ryan and Cas, Eli hugged Lydia an then he hugged his mother and a few tears rolled down his face "Be safe my son." then we all started towards home.

ANOTHER TIME SKIP SORRY XD~~~

After we arrived home we all sat on the couch and decided to spend the night and make the trip tomorrow so our horses could get the chance to rest after the very long trip around the lake.

"Hey Noah,are you going back to your house after the reunion or did you want to stay here with us?" I looked at Noah and Eli as they cuddled then he looked up at Eli. 

He looked back at us and shrugged,"If Eli wants to stay here then we can but I would prefer that we go back to my house after everything is over."

Eli nodded and played his hair"We're going to stay at his cabin, I think it's time I settled down with him."

I nodded and snuggled into Ryans chest, "Cas, what''s your plan?"

She shrugged,"It's about time that I move in with Amelia, she's been trying for years now to get me to move in with her but now I think it's time."

"So me and Ryan will be the only ones left here?"

"Yes, but we'll all visit you."

I yawned and Ryan twirled my hair between his fingers then I finally fell asleep.

Next morning

I woke up and yawned then I felt Ryans arms still wrapped around me so I carefully got out of them and I slowly walked into the kitchen where Cas and Noah were talking and laughing then he handed me a cup of coffee.

"Thanks"he smiled and they resumed there conversation, Rosie walked in and got some coffee then Ryan and Eli followed after. Ryan walked over to me and hugged me from behind as Eli did the same to Noah which earned a blush from him and a giggle from me, Ryan lightly kissed my neck and Eli smirked.

"Are you sure we can't go with you guys today?"I turned around and looked at Ryan, he had his bottom lip stuck out in a pout then I looked at Eli to see he was doing the same to Noah. We both looked at each other and I sighed then they both high fived and Rosie chuckled.

"Does this usually happen?" she had an eyebrow raised and I sighed.

"Yes, usually." she laughed then they both left after Ryan kissed me. We all sat down at the table and I sighed then looked at Noah,"We have to get better at telling them no." we all started laughing.

I got up and cleaned out my cup then I went to shower, after I got out I put on my red flannel, boxers, black jeans and my black shoes then I walked outside to my horse and started to brush her mane and tail. I braided her tail and mane then I pet her head, she had grey eyes and her hair was a dark red like mine and her main fur color was white like my skin. Most people asked me if I was looking to sale her but the answer was always no, her and I has a special connection which I really loved then my thoughts were interrupted as Rosie walked out.

"Can I ask you something?"{Alex}

"Sure"she said as she pet Lees head.

I sighed and looked at her"I need a vial or two of your blood, we have The Blood Ruby and I want to bring dad back from the dead. I already have The Beasts blood and draconian blood so all that's left is yours."

She sighed and looked up at me,"What if he comes back as a zombie and not the loving father we had? That will destroy you and anyone involved and then you would have to put him down, it almost completely destroyed you last time he died."

"It's worth the risk! To me at least, I've got Ryan this time and I know he'll be able to help me if i need it."

"Promise me that you'll be strong enough if the worst happens, promise me that you'll be ok." I nodded and she held out her arm. I grabbed a syringe and some vials then filled them and put them into the pouch on my belt, then everyone walked outside ready with their stuff. 

Once we got everything secured Ryan shifted into his wolf form and looked at us then we started the journey to our mothers house.

Ok guys so I have an important announcement, there will only be two or three more chapters in this book sooooo I have decided to write BOOK 2 in this series. Yes, this is now a series and I am very excited about it, I want to start publishing the second book after I've got the rough draft completely finiahed that way there won't be a long wait for every chapter so it'll take me a bit but I am super excited about it and hopefully you guys are to but I thought i would tell you now.
