Third person's point of view.

After everything, after all the fighting and stopping all their enemies, Naruto and Sasuke had their fight. In the end, Sasuke admitted that Naruto was the better and this was only after they both lost an arm each and were almost bleeding out, Mito had arrived shortly before Sakura and had knelt between the two of them.

"Mii-chan, hey..." Naruto said with a big smile, Mito returned his smile a bit and he frowned a bit, "I never said 'thank you' or apologize for all the trouble I put you through, didn't I?" Mito felt tears sting her eyes, not forcing them back she leaned over him and shook her head, "It's fine, I forgive you, you big knucklehead." she said and kissed his forehead.

Smiling he relaxed and passed out, rolling her eyes at him she pulled out gauze and tied off his arm and turned to Sasuke next, "You two nearly gave me heart attacks you know that." she said and he nodded weakly, "I guess we really went too far this time." he said looking around a well as he could,

She nodded, "Yeah, you did." finished tying off his arm she moved to sit behind him, she pulled him up so that his back was against her chest and his head resting on her shoulder as she snuggled with him, "Kakashi and Sakura should be here any minute and we'll get you guys to Lady Tsunade and she'll fix you up." Mito said and Sasuke nodded.

"Will you let her help you too?" Sasuke asked, his eyes drooping as he was getting sleepy, "Maybe," Mito said kissing his temple, then leaning her cheek on his forehead, "Hey we're only one person short of having a matching group of people with only one arm each," Sasuke joked and Mito chuckled, "Now you develop a sense of humor."

He chuckled softly then groaned as he was sore all over, "Mito!" Kakashi called rushing over to her with Sakura close by, "Hey Sensei." she said with a small smile, "Are they okay?" he asked kneeling next to her and looking the boys over, "Blood loss, bruises, maybe some broken bones, cuts, scrapes and maybe a few dozen concussions but they're alive," Kakashi sighed,

"That's good, let's get them out of here." Kakashi said and Mito nodded, "Grab Naruto, I got Sasuke." Kakashi nodded and lifted Naruto onto his back while Mito had Sasuke, "Sakura keep an eye on them in case something happens," Kakashi said knowing that Sakura still hated Mito, no one seemed to figure out why and she wouldn't say,

But it was obvious that it was because Mito played such a bit part in Sasuke's return and that he loved Mito over her. Heading to the village, they arrived and didn't hesitate to rush to the hospital where Tsunade and her assistant Shizune waited for them, "Hurry, get bring them in and onto gurneys, Shizune will prep them." Tsunade said,

After Mito and Kakashi set the two guys on the rolling beds they were rolled off and Mito was finally able to relax a bit, leaning on a wall out of the way Mito closed her eyes, "Leave." someone said, opening her eyes she saw that it was Sakura that said it, closing her eyes for a second Mito sighed,

"Don't worry, I'm only staying until Sasuke's fully heals. Then I'll be out of your hair." Mito said which worried Kakashi, "What-" he started but Sakura cut him off, "Leave now. He doesn't need you, I'm going to care for him and then he'll completely forget about you." Sakura growled and Kakashi watched with complete shock on his face,

"Sakura that's-" Kakashi started finally going to put his foot down with her, but Tsunade surprised them by hitting Sakura once and sending her flying out of the hospital doors, "I've had enough of your bitching and whining over Mito and Sasuke's relationship, you are a skilled and powerful Kunoichi, but if you're going to start something over nothing I don't want you here."

Tsunade said and Mito panicked, "No, don't kick her out, I'm not staying long, just long enough to make sure Sasuke makes a full recovery." Tsunade shook her head, "That's not the point Mito. She says mean and spiteful things about you and she argues with Naruto about it all the time, and if she's going to do this while your home, she might try and hurt you." Mito chuckled,
