rant twenty: store brand

Every time I need some kind of period product, I give a sticky note to my step mom telling her what to buy. This worked fine for about three months, then she turned into a cheap skate and started buying like the store brand version. I mean come on!! I didn't ask for this! 

 Out of all the things to be cheap about, why the hell would anyone decide to make it the period products you buy?! I don't have a drivers license and they don't let me go shopping with them, so i tell her to get something, I have to trust her. But I can't because she will buy the one that is a dollar cheaper!  

Like all it am asking is for her to fork over a five dollar bill to pay for the fricken tampons I want!
