Chapter 18

'I've made a huge mistake.' You think as you look at the dozens of ninja walking around doing a variety of work. You look to be in a control center of some kind, bound to one of those tilt table things. There is no way you're able to break these bonds.

'I shoudn't have been this careless. I should have waited for Raphael! Now... Now I might never see him again.' You hang your head. You feel like crying. 'No! This is not the time to be emotional. I need to do what master Splinter taught me. Calm my mind. Observe the seroundings. Find a way out.' You look around for anything useful. You see a door, no windows on the side that your facing. You can 't look behind you. You start looking for something that could cut the straps but don't come very far.

The door slides open and all the ninja halt what they're doing to bow.
In walks the most terrifying badass thing you have ever seen. A motherfucking armored samurai with a deadly look on him. He dismisses the ninja with a wave of his hand and they go back to work. He walks straight up to you and you see a woman trailing down behind him. A woman you know very well.

"M-mom!"

"See here Y/m/n. This is what happens when you disobey me." The samurai's voice is thundering.

You feel the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and you break into a cold sweat. 'thisguyisbadthisisbadbadbadbadbad'

"I told you I can make the shipments. I just need a little bit more time. Please let my daughter go, she has nothing to do with this." Your mother pleads.

What you can only discribe as a giant with a purple dragon tattoo on his arm walks up to you. "On the contrary. Our master is not a patient man, this may give you the nescesary... motivation."
With that he delivers a blow to your gut. The force makes you choke and double over but the straps keep your body in place. Your body convulces and you feel like you have to puke. "Besides, the little girly thought she could spy on master Shredder. She needs to learn her place."

You gasp. 'So that is The Shredder.' By the wicked grin this giant guy is giving you, you're in for a world of pain.

Raphael randevous with his brothers on a rooftop in sight of the massive skyscraper belonging to their arch nemisis.

"What are we waiting for Leo?!" Raphael looks about ready to go in alone.

"This is Shredder HQ. We can't just barge in unprepared Raph. You won't be able to help Y/n if you get yourself killed." Raphael growls impatiently but doesn't move.

"This building is huuuuge! How do we know where they keep her?" Mikey twirls his nunchucks around. He seems to be itching for a fight as well tonight.

Donatello is fiddeling with some electronica. "If you can get me into a security framework I might be able to find out."

Leonardo acknowledges Don with a nod. "First we need a way in. We should bring April and Casey in on this as well, I think I have an idea. But it's kind of....Raph style."

"I already like it."

"How could you ever help this guy mom!" Talking hurts from a blow to your jaw. You don't care and keep going. Figuring the best thing to do is buy some time. You're sure Raphael will find you. He's already looking for you if your last phone call was any sign. All you have to do is stall for time and not die. Shouldn't be that tall of an order.

"If you hadn't followed me you would have been just fine!I am doing a good thing." Mom says.

"Good?! You call this fucking good?!" You taste copper and figure your lip has split.

"I was trying to protect you and your brother! I had no choice. He would have killed us all months ago if I didn't cooperate."

"So that night I got attacked by the Foot ninja, it wasn't just some random attack?"

"Ofcourse not, I needed your mother to know that I can find you and kill you anytime I want." Shredder threathens.

"So you tried to protect us by giving this man the means to destroy the city?! By getting me killed?! They held a freaking sword to my throat mom!"

"I'm going to do so much more to you than that little girl." Shredder threathens, holding the blade on his arm so close to your eye you think he's going to poke it out right then and there.

"Are you sure this is going to work Leo? It's not exactly a subtle entrance. " April asks.

"Yeah sure. Sometimes the best way to stay hidden is to have a big bright loud sign pointed at yourself. It appears to work for Mikey."

"Hey!"

"At the very least Shredder won't expect this... Everyone ready?"

The team nods.

"Then let's go save our friend."
