Chapter 29

Raphael is on a grassy hill. The leaves of the trees reflect the sun beautifully as he looks up from Y/n's lap. Her delicate fingers stroking his cheek and her voice carries sweet nothings into the breeze. Her hair gets blown in her face so Raph reaches his hand out to tuck the strands behind her ear.

The peaceful mood shatters instantly as everything gets shrouded in shadow. Storm clouds appear as he reaches out to his love. When Raph makes contact with Y/n's flesh her entire body shatters. He scrambles and cries as he desperately tries to keep her together. A shrill voice screams in the distance as everything gets darker still. "It hurts! Don't touch me!"

Raphael wakes up in a sweat. That fucking dream again.. Eh it's almost time to wake up anyway, might as well start training a little earlier today.

Raphael is not afraid to literally break her when he touches her, he's not. Raph knows Y/n's strong and is getting better and better at holding her own every time they spar. It's just... Fighting he knows. All these lovey soft caresses she gives, hinting at wanting more, he just doesn't know what to do with. What is okay? What if he goes to far or gets too aggressive and she hates him?

'She's making it really difficult to keep my hands to myself if she keeps dressing so fucking sexy. Y/n wears these things just to make me crazy, I can tell. Holy shit I can see her bra straps with this outfit. Red. I bet she's wearing matching panties. I wonder if she'll let me check if I ask... Gah! Get your mind out of the gutter Raphael! It's a miracle she kisses me. There no way she'll allow me to do anything like that! Be happy with what she's willing to give ya..'

One day you reach peek insecurity as Raphael barely returns your hug, keeping his hands on your back instead of your waist, like you're just friends. You need to find out if he wants you. You get the opportunity one day when his brothers are out and his father is somewhere deep in meditation. Raph decided to stay behind to hang out with you. The two of you are just watching mindless tv. But you're not paying attention to the screen.

First you cuddle up close to him. Raph almost unconsciously wraps his arm around you in return. You smile. After a moment you kiss him on his cheek, and another. Then you trail kisses along his jaw until you've reached his lips and kiss him there, long and slow. He's still going along with it so you deepen the kiss. Raphael is a bit surprised but goes on, wrapping his tongue around yours. Then you make a bold move (it shouldn't be that bold you've been together long enough) without breaking the kiss you put you leg over his and sit yourself in his lap facing him. His entire body instantly goes rigid.

"Oh s-sorry, am I moving too fast? I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable." You try to slid back off his lap but his hands on your upper tights stop you. Just as fast he removes them again.

"No no, wait. This is fine. I'm fine."

"You sure? You don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with. And don't think you've played your chance either. There's always next time."

"Yeah yeah, you've given me that speech like a dozen times... I just can't believe you find me good looking enough ta do this."

"I will tell you as many times it takes for it to get through that thick shell of yours. You are handsome and incredibly sexy."

"I- This is.. I don't wanna screw things up, or do somethin ya don't like and I don't wanna dissapoint ya or nuthin."

"Don't worry about it." You cup his face in your hands and move your thumbs along his jaw. "Do what you feel like. Whatever you wanna do."

"Is it okay if I touch you?" He's doing the hover hands thing. Raph is such a dork.

"Raphael it's not only okay, it is highly encouraged you put your hands where ever you want on me." Finally his hands are where they belong. On your body. Resting comfortably on your hips.

"Can I do somethin?" Raph asks after a beat.

"Uhu, I already said you can."

"I don't wanna overstep any boundaries."

"Trust that I will tell you if that happens. And I hope you do the same. I know I've been a bit...pushy sometimes."

"Nah that's fine, I like that." Raph has trouble looking you in the eye.

"Yeah? Well here's a secret" You lean in wisper at the side of his head. "I like that too." You let your breath tickle his skin.

Raph nestles his head in the valley of your breasts in an effort to hide his progressivly reddening face.

You giggle. "Comfy?"

"It's so good ta hear your heart beat."

You get red to your ears. "Ahhw you goof, you're so cheesy."

"Mmmm this is really comfy."

You can't help laughing.

Raph's hands start to wander. At first uncertain, but when you lean into his touch he becomes more confident. So confident in fact that he slips his fingers in the side of your pants to fish part of your panties out. You gasp. "Heh, you are wearin' a matching set."

"I was hoping you'd notice. You like?"

"Hell yeah. You're sexy in everything."

"I'm glad. I was kinda getting worried you didn't find me attactive."

"What. How. You're beautiful!" Raphael looks genuinely shocked.

"You never said it."

"I thought you knew."

"Well duh, ofcourse I know I'm fabulous." You flip your hair. "I still like to hear it."

Raphael reaches out and tucks a few stray hairs behind your ear. "You're beautiful."

"Hey Y/n?"

"Mmhm?"

"I wanted ta give ya somethin."

Raphael storms to his room. You hear a couple of loud crashes before he emerges again with something. He unceremoniously pushes the item in your hands. This is the first time Raph's given you a gift, so no matter what it is, you know you will treasure it.

It's a book you wanted to read! You remember offhandedly mentioning it to him before, but had no idea he was even listening to you at that moment, let alone remember the title. Freaking ninjas. You spend the rest of your alone time sitting in Raphael's lap snuggled comfortably in a blanket you're sharing, reading to him until you're both asleep.
