I will speak, that I may find relief; I must open my lips and answer.

God's Word
It is hard to hide something inside our hearts. To overcome it, we must speak it out.
Like for example, you have anger or hatred because of someone, you can be true to him/her by talking to him/her. It is better to speak early what is in your heart than to let the time pass by and it becomes your burden.
It is also very important to use also our mind when we're going to speak. Let not our emotion control us.
Also if you have a secret feelings for someone let your best friend know it. It is a relief that there's someone who listens what is inside your heart. And most of all, speak what we have in our hearts to God through prayer.
Once we do it, the Lord will surely help us to let our hearts be at peace. God is our loving Father, no matter what situations do we have, He always listen. Speak to God what is inside your heart.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
