PSALMS CHAPTER 50
Memory Verses
Offer to God thanksgiving, And pay your vows to the Most High. Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”
Psalms 50:14-15 NKJVGod's Word
To pay your vows means to do what you have promised. Sometimes, when we ask God for an urgent help, we come up to an open mouth with promises that we shall do if He answers.
God will surely answers our prayers. So we must do the things that we had promised to Him.
God is Faithful, He do what He says. So we must also be faithful to our promises to Him. Also, we must do what we have promised to someone except if they are the one who broke our promises. It is just like a lovers who have promises to one another and one of their promises is to never leave each other. But if one of them leave, then the one who leave is the one who broke their promises and to the one who left, He cannot do what He had promised anymore.
Same thing with God, His promises to us will surely be done. And let us do what we had promised to Him. We must remain faithful to Him no matter what, it is just one call away and He will answer. Let us pay our vows by doing our promises.God's Character
