O Lord , God of my salvation, I have cried out day and night before You. Let my prayer come before You; Incline Your ear to my cry.

Prayer is the only way for communicating God. Through this we can tell God about what we feel or even what we need.
The psalmist had been praying day and night because he knows that God will really answers him.
Likewise, when we pray, we must believe that God will surely answers. God has a promised:
‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’
Jeremiah 33:3 NKJV
Call to God day and night and believe that He will answers.
