God's Word
The Word of God will surely strengthens us. What we need to do is to meditate on it day and night.
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Joshua 1:8 NKJV
Life is full of struggles, without a proper condition of mind we cannot win the fight.
It is necessary to put something positive in our mind so that we can face and win the battle in life.
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

And the Word of God is the only positive thing that we need to meditate. It help us to change, to correct and see the truth. And we can do good things also.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Mostly, the Word of God symbolizes the spiritual food. As we read it everyday we shall be strengthen.
