God's Word
The common problem of people around the world in this era lack of sleep.
Depression is the main caused, others are addiction to drugs or addiction to other things that made them awake.
The solution for this is no other than but to be in God's presence.
It will surely give is peace, and it will change our attitude and character towards ourselves.
The second commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ is to love ourselves then the third is to love neighbors. But we cannot learn to love ourselves and our neighbors unless we love God first.
As we love the Lord, we can learn to love ourselves, and we will have a peace of mind that comes from God. We will stop addiction and will take care of ourselves and then as we give value to our own self, then, we shall see the value of others that surrounded us. We will appreciate them and will learn to love them inspite of their imperfection.
As love for God, for ourselves and for people reigns in our hearts, surely, we can sleep well. Because we're no longer live with depression and addiction but Christ lives in us.
To be with Christ is to sleep well.
Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’
