confession time again

Lasercorn's pov

I got up out of bed. I didn't get any sleep last night. Couldn't stop thinking about Joven and what the plan was today. I was going to confess my feelings in front of the entire office and our friends today. I was comming out of the closet. I also knew I had to apologize for being a dick to him. I hope he forgives me.

I texted sohinki and tell him to have all of our friends and coworkers in the big main office. And I also have a song picked out to play on the speakers in the office. Sohinki will have all of that set up when I get there. I leave really early so I can get set up for this. I also told Wes to somehow make Joven a little late so he doesn't come in too early.

I get there and everyone is staring curiously all I tell them is "hide everyone. Sohinki play the song"

1000 by brother. Started playing on the speaker. And the elevator dinged...

Joven's pov

I walk out of the elevator and something is weirdly off about this place. No employees anywhere. I see lasercorn come up to me. I roll my eyes. I'm still very mad at him.

Wes had to sleep in my room again with me last night though I still didn't sleep at all. Had nightmares all night long again.

out of nowhere everyone comes out from several hiding spots. What is going on ? Everyone has their eyes on me and lasercorn.

He does something that surprises the hell out of me and everyone else. He takes my hand and looks me in the eyes "Joshua ovenshire. I'm sorry. I was wrong.. About alot. Would you forgive me ? I miss laying in your bed at night beside me. I miss the kisses that you gave me that made me feel like I was the only one in this world who mattered to you. I care about you so much Joven. I want you back"

I'm about to freaking cry happy tears. Everyones faces show shock and also happiness. So I said to hell with it all. I leaned in and kissed him passionately. I've missed him so much. And my favorite song plays along perfectly to the scene that's playing out right now. After a good 10 minutes we finally pull out of the kiss. He grabs my hand and Ian steps out of the crowd "if you didn't take him, I'm straight and I would have. shit, That had me tear up"

We all laugh at Ian's joke. He says "alright you can all get back to work now. And Joven and lasercorn, Anthony and I am going to need to talk to you two in my office"

Something just clicked in. Oh fuck the no dating policy. We follow them to their office while everyone else goes back to work.

We get in there and sit down. Lasercorn grabs my hand and whispers "what ever happens we are in this together"

Ian starts "well first off. Congradulations ! And second off there is a no dating policy"

Anthony and Ian look at each other. I'm terrified. He continues "but their are ways around a no dating policy. Sign these contracts. They state that if you have any sexual relations at work then one of you has to quit. Also sign these forms that state you two are romantically involved with each other so no one can file a lawsuit. And if anyone were to descriminate against you guys at the work place then you are to come tell me immediately. Do not deal with it yourself"

We sign the forms. And agree to the policies. Ian ends his statement with "guys Congradulations ! Literally everyone has felt the tension within the last few months. Y'all were made for each other"

We smile at each other. Anthony closes the meeting with "now stop eye fucking each other and go get back to work"

We nod and leave. We go back out to our office and sohinki was the first to say something "lasercorn I told your dumbass he liked you back. Joven you had him so flustered all the time. Literally we have so many text messages talking about how much he cares about you"

I blush and he and I sit down. Mari and Wes are smiling like idiots at me. Mari said "yeah Joven, Wes, and I have a lot about Joven's feelings for lasercorn"

Flitz cuts in "y'all are some crazy ass white folks but I love y'all. You all want to hear a secret. I knew they both liked each other"

Everyone looked at flitz with confusion on their face. He continues "yeah y'all dumb as hell first off. No one can use the excuse that he was sleeping in your bed because he was helping you. Sign number one that they liked each other. Second of all, these walls are thin you fools. You think I can't hear you two bitching about how the other person doesn't care about the other. And third off not only was I at the same movie as yall were but also I go to the same damn therapist. I saw yall then to when yall finally kissed for the first time"

We all laugh at flitz. David and I made eye contact and couldn't quit staring at eachother. I tell everyone "well I wanted to tell yall we been dating for a While now. But he wasn't ready yet"

This feels great to know that all of our friends know now. The rest of the day goes by perfectly. David and I met out in the parking lot and started talking "so I talked to my mother"

I motion for him to go on "she and I are repairing the relationship. My sister wants to meet you officially also"

I look in aw. I question "really ? That's awesome"

He smiles "yeah. I was thinking you, mother and I could go to dinner with her this weekend"

I nod "sounds good. You're comming back to my house tonight right ?"

He laughs "duh"

He and I get in our cars and drive back to my house. We snuggle up in my bed and it feels great having his arm wrapped around me. I love him so much...
