Sherlock had brought the trainers to the lab at St. Barts to examine them better. After he took the samples, I examined the samples with the microscope. "So, who d'you suppose it was?" asked John, wandering around the room. Just then, Sherlock's phone got a text alert. "Hmm?" asked Sherlock. "The woman on the phone -- the crying woman," I clarified, not looking up from the microscope. "Oh, she doesn't matter. She's just a hostage. No lead there," said Sherlock. "For God's sake, I wasn't thinking about leads," said John, clearly getting annoyed with Sherlock. "You're not going to be much use to her," said Sherlock. I glanced across to the scanner as it continued throwing up "NO MATCH" results, then looked back into the microscope. "Are-are they trying to trace it, trace the call?" asked John. "The bomber's too smart for that," I said. Then, Sherlock got another text alert. "Pass me my phone," he said to me, knowing I had his phone. I stopped examining the samples and let Sherlock take over while I fished the phone out of my pocket and looked at it. "Text from your brother," I said. "Delete it," said Sherlock. "Delete it?" I repeated. "Missile plans are out of the country now. Nothing we can do about it," said Sherlock. I looked at the message again, which read:

RE: BRUCE-PARTINGTON PLANS
Any progress on Andrew
West's death?
Mycroft

John walked over to me and looked at the text over my shoulder. "Well, Mycroft thinks there is. He's texted you eight times. Must be important," he said. Sherlock raised his head in exasperation. "Then why didn't he cancel his dental appointment?" he asked. "His what?" asked John. "Mycroft never texts if he can talk. Look, Andrew West stole the missile plans, tried to sell them, got his head smashed in for his pains. End of story. The only mystery is this: why is my brother so determined to bore me when somebody else is being so delightfully interesting?" asked Sherlock. I switched off the phone as John sighed. "Try and remember there's a woman here who might die," said John. "What for? This hospital's full of people dying, Doctor. Why don't you go and cry by their bedside and see what good it does them?" asked Sherlock. John looked away in disbelief as Sherlock looked back into the microscope. But just then, the computer beeped a result. "Ah!" Sherlock exclaimed, delighted. I looked across to the screen, which was flashing "SEARCH COMPLETE".

A/N: Yeah, I'm putting in another clip to end this chapter because I'm too lazy to do the transcript. Just imagine Alis being in the scene. By the way, stop the video at 3:57.
