You had always been close with your cousin, Tony Stark, but because of the age gap with you being just 17, he acted more like your uncle than anything else. Since birth, your parents hadn't really been around trying to juggle the life of being divorced, trying there best to be the greatest parents they could. But sometimes that didn't really happen so you somehow always ended up being babysat by Tony, who, for the record, did not agree to babysit you willingly. But with you guys spending all that time together you ended up being quite close to him and the rest of the avengers family. Spending a lot of time with the Avengers made you realize that you wanted to be the world's #1 defender just like your cousin, so that's how you ended up as Nightwing, the youngest member of the Avengers. That caused Tony to become even more overprotective of you, not really letting you be part of any missions, only helping Clint with surveillance. Which is why you didn't really realize how you ended up on an alien spaceship heading toward space with a child spider, a wizard and your cousin. You technically had met Dr. Strange on a recent mission you had done( honestly, it wasn't even a mission more like a messenger job but whatever). You were about to go say hi to him before you were RUDELY interrupted by the talking spider child. "Hi, I'm Peter Parker" he nervously spoke, sticking his hand out. "Dr. Strange" "Oh, you're using our made up names? Then, I'm Spiderman" You quietly laughed to yourself,bas Strange walked away shaking his head. Peter looked at you confused as to why you were laughing, his cute face making you laugh even harder. "That's not his fake name, Parker" you said in between fits of laughter, not really knowing why you were laughing this hard. Peter's face suddenly turned pink with embarrassment, smiling softly before looking at you and beginning to laugh. So that's how you both ended up laughing hysterically because of nothing, not knowing this would be the last time in a long while you would experience joy.
