Third person's point of view

Beyond the pines, sunlight shimmered across the ocean, waves rolling lazily onto the shore. Every now and then, the cry of gulls mixed with the steady rhythm of waves beyond the trees.

Their break had gone on longer than Korosensei had probably intended.

Not that anyone seemed eager to remind him. Hara certainly wasn't.

"Sei-chaaan!"

She came jogging over, a camera swinging wildly from its strap. She held it up like she'd just stolen classified military documents.

"Look what I borrowed."

Okano peeked over her shoulder, "...Borrowed?"

"I'll return it eventually."

"So you stole it."

"I prefer 'temporary acquisition.'"

Before Okano could argue further, Hara spun toward Ginka, practically vibrating with excitement.

"Over there!" She pointed toward one of the larger pine trees where shafts of sunlight spilled through the branches. "The lighting is perfect!"

Ginka followed her finger, "...There?"

"Yep!" She bounced twice, "Go stand there! Do something cool!"

Ginka blinked.

Then, almost immediately, her face lit up.

"Oh." She smiled brightly. "That's easy."

She tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear before strolling toward the tree with exaggerated confidence.

"I was born cool~"

Okano snorted, "That's a bold claim."

"I've had fifteen years to verify it."

"...That's not how evidence works."

"It is if the evidence is me."

Click.

"Seriously," Okano muttered, squinting. "That face is cheating."

"I know, right?" Hara said without looking away from the viewfinder, "Some people spend hours figuring out angles."

Hara lowered the camera for a second, only to raise it again immediately.

"No, no—look over here."
