Dead. That's what I felt like. I felt like I was about to die. Gabriel left, left me, left our baby, and what? For a better life? Right. Well here I was. Sitting with a eight month pregnant stomach and my angry brother. Dean pacing plus me thinking causes my breathing to become hitched. I didn't calm down and even as dean tried to calm me down my breathing got worse. Soon enough my vision went blurry.

"Sammy, you need to calm down," I felt Dean set his hand on my shoulder. Before I could stop myself I pushed him away and turned in the chair. I tried to get my breathing under control only to hear the flap of multiple wings then two voices I knew well.

"Dean, you called?" I knew that voice, Castiel, the angel my brother loved. The next things I heard didn't help my present self.

"What the hell are you doing here!?" Dean yelled as he took steps.

"I'm here because I was supposed Dean-O," I about screamed when I heard Gabe's voice. It was official; I was having a panic attack. As if things couldn't get worse, a sharp pain shot through my body causing me to hunch over my stomach.

"Everyone need to calm down, Dean if not for you, for San," I heard shuffling of feet. Then felt hands on my shoulders pulling me back in the chair.

"Sammy, listen to me. Your ok, Gabe'll leave and it'll be ok," I nodded at my brother, my panic attack still going.

"I'm not leaving," I opened my eyes and looked up at Gabe, managing to ignore the pain.

"Y-Y-You had N-No T-T-Trouble doing t-t-that earlier," I paused every once in a while due to my breathing.

"Sam, I'm sorry," Gabe frowned and actually looked sorry. I gasped for air when another sharp pain, much stronger than the last one, shot through my body.

"Sam!?" I looked up at Dean. Tears welling up in my eyes. I gripped the loose shirt that covered my stomach.

"Oh god, uh cas go grab the black bag in Sam's room. Sam can you get up?" I shook my head and cussed under my breath.

"Ok," Dean hooked his arm under me and struggled to pull me up. Gabe came over and did the same thing as dean, but to the other side of me. I didn't protests as they pulled me up and to the car. I struggled to breathe nearly the entire time. Once I was in the car Gabe say beside me and rubbed my back. Dean got in and Cas appeared with the hospital bag. I cussed once again as Dean started to drive. I gripped the side of Gabe's leg and squeezed it when I felt a pain. He didn't say anything. I don't remember anything else that had happened. The last thing I saw was Cas looking at me with a worried look and Gabe shaking my shoulder.

"Sam, please!" I slowly opened my eyes to see Gabe standing beside me holding my hand. I groaned and looked the around. No one else was in the room.

"W-What happened?" Gabe's expressions softened. He ran his thumb over my knuckles.

"You had a panic attack, I-It caused you to go into labor..." he trailed off and I looked at my stomach. It was relatively flat.

"Don't worry, She made it, she just went through some stress, they're running some tests right now. Dean's there with her," I nodded and pulled my hand away from Gabe's. He frowned and looked at the ground.

"I'm sorry Sam, I really a-" I looked at him.

"Gabe, you left," he nodded and frowned. He didn't say anything for a few minutes

"Sam, I left because I thought that you would be better off without me. I came back because I heard you in pain and I heard our child in fear. I came back because of you two," I frowned and looked at Gabe.

"So you mean you are sorry? And your going to stay?" Gabe looked up and nodded. I frowned and nodded.

"Ok," Gabe grinned and watched as the door opened. Dean walked in holding a small huddle of pink blankets.

"Morning sleeping beauty," I looked at Deal then his arms. He softly set the thing on my chest.

"Sam, meet your daughter," I smiled and nodded. I put a hand on her back and held her close.

"Is what are you going to name her?" I looked at the small baby on my chest. She let out a small wine then squirmed for a minute.

"Emily Jane Winchester," I smiled down at the baby and she made a noise.
