"Gabriel, your pregnant" I looked at the doctor. He was serious. I slowly nodded. After that I got to leave. I knew who's baby it was, but I wasn't going to tell him. It was Jack's baby. I knew that, he was the only man I've been with.
After I found out I went to the cafeteria. Even though I had been throwing up, I was hungry. I went there and got some food. I sat down and ate. I felt someone set their hand on my shoulder. I went tense and frowned.
"Woah.......Gabe, calm down. It's just me" I knew it was jack. I frowned and took the last bite of food and stood up. I put my food on the counter and left. I heard jack behind me walking. I saw the doctor who gave me the news earlier.
"Ah. Gabe. Did you tell your boyfriend about you being pregnant?" I froze and frowned. I heard jack gasp. I turned to him. He looked at me. I turned forward and ran. I ran to my room and locked the door. I heard the doorknob jingle. After a bit it stopped.
I remember the next few months I kept to myself. as I got bigger I kept in my room more. Jack continued to try and get me to. I stayed away from him. I still did my job, but stayed away from everyone. When I got closer to my due date the doctor forced me to allow jack to help me. When I got two weeks before my due date I felt surge of pain that made me shrivel up. Jack walked in to check on me. When he found me on the ground he picked me up and set me on the bed.
"Gabe, Whats Wrong?" I shook my head and held my stomach. Jack frowned and grabbed his phone. He called the doctor. I felt a pain rage through my body. I grabbed Jack's hand and frowned. Jack frowned and rubbed my hand. I felt the baby shift then felt a gush if fluids. I whimpered as the pain got worse.
"J-J-Jack!" Jack looked at me and frowned. He shushed me and nodded.
"It's ok Gabi, just take it easy" I yelled out in pain as another wave of pain hit me. The doctor rushed in. When he saw me he frowned. He was quick to jump to action. He frowned and looked at Jack.
"Hold his hand...." jack nodded and did as he was told. He held my hand and watched me.
"Ok Gabriel, push," I nodded and pushed with all my force. I soon fell against my pillow too weak to go again. We did that a couple of times more. Then I did get too weak. I shook my head and laid against the bed. Jack was encouraging me to try and get me to go again. The doctor frowned and pulled on the baby. I felt them slid out and into the doctor's hand. He cleaned everything up as I laid on the bed too tired to do anything. Jack smiled and kissed my sweaty forehead. I smiled weakly and looked at him.
"J-Jack....I'm so sorry" Jack smiled and shook his head. The doctor set the baby on my chest and left with some blood from the baby.
"She's tiny...." I stated and looked at my daughter. Jack knelt down and watched her. She looked like jack, just had my darker skin. She had little tuffs of dirty blonde hair. I looked at jack and smiled.
"She looked like you," jack smiled and looked at the baby on my chest.
"So, jack. You got any name ideas?" Jack looked at me.
"I-I Like Haylie..." jack said in a stutter. He smiled at me then looked at Haylie. Haylie wined and shifted. I cooed at her and smiled.
