An- My graphite sketch of young Koyuki.
Short story of Koyuki and her mama, Aquas.
Synopsis: Young Koyuki doesn't want to sleep and continue her training. Mama Aquas sings her little fussy child too sleep with their special lullaby...
"I don't wanna go to sleep!" Huffed the cranky child, the small human girl under her mama's scaly wings. Cheeks puffed, redden in frustration, frowning at the grassy ground. Though clear exhaustion read in her large orbs, ready to flutter shut and sleep. But she held her ground and pouted childishly.
The mighty blue creature giggled upon hearing her daughter's whining against falling asleep, "Now, now my little one. It is for your own good, you've trained enough and must rest."
Seeing that it was already a week in their training and the girl has mastered both her fears and courage in the seas. Becoming confident and wanting to improve, putting in the hours and hours of work to correct her spells. As proud the dragon is with her adopted daughter; she worried the child will not only tire themselves out, but fall sick.
As any worried mother, she had to slow her child down and reassure them that they're doing fine in their own pace.
Only to receive excited and determined chatter, "I'm going to work hard! I'm going to work really, really, really hard so I can see Papa!!" Her doe orbs wide, with her chest puffed out to show just how serious she is on her training.
Lowering to her child's level, "Want me to sing our lullaby?"
Pouting, not looking up to her mama until she glanced up with hidden excited doe orbs. Aquas gave another giggle at such acting, giving her a light push; causing her little one to laugh and snuggle close to the blue dragon, "Please, mama."
"Of course, my little one..." Smiling endearingly to the small girl. With such soft tone, whispering to her daughter as if to speak a little secret:
"Pearls gleam, sea shell chants; yet you my precious one shall shine." Cuddling to her mama with a broad smile, singing along with such a soft and strong voice for a child. Both voices, mother and child singing in the night.
"You shine like the sun, you glimmer in the night. Look how the galaxy shines within your eye's, tonight." The sound of grasshoppers and frogs could be heard. Fireflies lighting above them, seeming enchanting a star-like to the human child.
"My precious one, how I love your sunny smiles." Slowly, the child's eye's began to have trouble to keeping awake, still singing with tiredness in her tone. The blue dragon giggling at this, continuing to sing when the child slowly slumbered by her side.
"Oh little sea king, oh little sea king; have you had your fun? Oh sea king, oh sea king; the oceans bea~con~ing you back." Memories of how the child was just an infant, their wide eyes looked around with such wonder. Even in the night, staring up to the stars with curiosity, reaching up as if she'll able to grasp one. How she missed such innocent moments, Aquas treasured such things of her little one in her heart.
"Do not cry, you'll come back another time. Do not cry, young sea king. You'll come back another day~ So, do not fret, young one." How the infant use to cry if she hadn't seen her or her mate around for five minutes. Lips trembling when she or Frost revealed themselves upon her cries, pouting and upset at their absence. How she laughed upon seeing her mate's shocked reaction at such face the child made.
"Smile, young sea king. We love your smiles. Oh, how the stars shine within your eye's. Our little one, may you one day understand the love we hold for thee." A parent's greatest moment is when witnessing their child's growth: how she froze when she saw the infant suddenly pushing herself and waddle. Watching her waddle in a certain direction and realizing the child was pacing her way to the unsuspecting Frost. The white-gray dragon keeping a look out or in his own world within his thoughts, possibly. She'll never forget her mate's awed reaction when the infant laughed loudly, calling out to her papa to see her feat. Reaching out with her pudgy hands towards the mighty creature, stomping her foot in each step she took.
"Our little sea king~ May you play and laugh an~o~ther day..." Smiling at seeing her child's sleeping face, breathing softly in their slumber. Pure motherly love shone in the dragon's violet eye's, "Sleep and dream of your glimmering kingdom, my little one."

Humming the familiar lullaby softly in the night, petting through green curls. As the greenette peacefully slept, along with the orange Exceed. Koyuki hummed hers and her mama's lullaby: The Sea King's Lullaby.
The Midoriya had trouble sleeping from all the stress of the day and the Dragoon offered to sing a lullaby. Izuku, at first, became bashful at such offer. Shyly declining her offer, but it seemed the Exceed was the opposite. Happily begging for the lullaby, which the Dragon Slayer smiled to the cat.
This is how the Midoriya found where Koyuki held the title of "Siren." With Daisy in between the two(, to keep the mage from suddenly hugging the bashful greenette in the night). The two listened to her mesmerizing hums and begun to sing her mama's lullaby. It wasn't long for the two to fall asleep with such melodic voice, comforted by the silverette's enchanting music.
Azure's never leaving their sleeping forms, till they too fluttered shut, 'Sleep well, you two...'
An- My attempt to create an original lullaby... =_=
I don't know if it flows smoothly. I literally had to mumble and chant multiple times to see. I was inspired by "Everything Stays" composed and written by Rebecca Sugar and sung by Ava Acres.
