The best should have the best in everything.

Ignoring Best Jeanist's shouts behind, while handling opposing heroes and villains alike; as the man and his sidekicks repressed the two sides with their Quirks. Never predicting that the ash blonde would break away from the group and run off from sight. It wasn't because he wanted to prove he could handle the task alone, but when a blur of white and orange ahead vanished from his vision. He knew he needed to make the call and leave his group to reach those running figures in the far distance. So he did just that.

An awesome title. The unformidable number one hero. The best rival.

Explosions propelling him off ground and flying through and above buildings, rushing on top with winds slapping his face. The hairs of his skin tingling from the frigid winter weather freezing the teeth of his skin, but ran nonetheless to reach his targets that continued their chase. Never leaving his sights of their backs, even if he couldn't see finer detail if their forms.

The best lover...

Digging the soles of his feet in his landing, calves of his muscles pulsing from his nonstop chase. Grounding his jaw, clenching from the mixed emotions he felt that filled his mind: relief, frustration, anger, denial, envy.
Relieved in both recognizing and seeing the Dragon Slayer leaping around with their Exceed partner following behind the youngest Dragneel. Actually easing part of his conscious on those short seconds, before filling in with frustration. Frustrated that she didn't relied with him about what's happened in the unparalleled future. Upset that this girl would still be idiotic to hide such important details that'll happen to her. Angered by it to the point he didn't cared he blasted bricks and glass windows to shatter from his explicit rage. Uncaring that his emotions fueled his Quirk to quicken his speed to reach them. Which lead to his denial, the denial that such event will happen to Koyuki, to her. He couldn't' describe the disbelief when Izuku revealed to him what his future-self foretold Midoriya. Of course such story left Bakugou in deep denial and resentment that such thing will happen. It didn't help when Izuku sadly told him a despairing detail when he was kidnapped with the girl, she actually met her end in a previous un-existing future. It shook the brash ash blonde to his very core that that horrendous event happened. And finally, envy...

Finally, gaining a mile of distance between them, he finally had a better view of her. Just like those years ago, pure snow white hair whipping around from the winds caressing her locks. Actual feathered wingd fluttering and flapping behind her back like a dove's wings. As if she could no longer ignore whoever was closing behind, her head barely glanced back for him to see her face. Only able to see the tip of her nose and softness of her chin.

I hated you looking away from me. Look at me! You'll glance, but won't fully look.

He could still recall the times in Middle school when they fought, insulting and spatting each others faces to the point of smashing heads. Times like those are rare now, sadly, remembering those tidbit nostalgia made him miss their arguments from the past. A strange sense of sadness filled his body at the thought they'll never return to those days. As the days pass and everything grows to change, those days are long gone.
As if visage of the two arguing each other appeared, until Koyuki's image stopped entirely. Unable to comprehend why? Why was the image slowly turning on her toes, even his image seemed to demand her to pay attention to him. But she never stopped turning and suddenly running off, never stopping even if the Katsuki afterimage looked to be shouting for her. Disappearing with the image of her smiling off to someone and he chasing behind her. Even now, he's chasing after her.
