Ruby Rose x Male Reader

Part 4:Day 1

YN's POV
I opened the door and stepped in to see Yang holding a sad looking Ruby as she looked at me her face lit up and she tackled me to the ground  "Oh my god YN your here!" she seemed so happy to see me

"Yup" I said casually

"But.How.You failed the exam"She said looking into my eyes

"Ozpin said that what made me fail was out of my hands so he let me join a team"

"Wait he is letting you join a team?"

"That's why I'm here" I smirked at her

"Wait are you joining our team?"as she sat up getting off of me and standing with her team

"If you four will let me" I said standing up and smiling

"Of course" Ruby said
"Sounds fun" Yang said
"Sure whatever" Blake said
"We don't need another idiot in this team" Weiss said

"Glad we all agree YN is our new teammate" Ruby said

"I didn't" Weiss said being overpowered by the others

"Hey YN if you don't mind me asking why did Ozpin let you stay"said Yang pulling me into the room

"I found a White Fang camp in the forest they saw me take it out and saw that as the reason saying that I did what a huntsman should so he let me stay"

"Wait the White Fang were here?" Blake said

"Yes but I got rid of there camp and the teachers are searching for anymore camp sites" I said reassuring her

We casually talked for a bit before Weiss brought up a good point

"Two things one there is five of us and only four beds where is he gonna sleep?" We all looked around

"He can just sleep with Ruby" Yang said nudging her sister as Ruby's face ran a deep shade of red she began hitting her sister then looked over at me

"I-I-I have a s-sleeping bag I can use t-that if you guys want"I said nervously with my face nearly as red as Ruby's

"Ok that's one problem done. Secondly were all girls how do we know you won't perv on any of us"Weiss said

I stood up "I promise that if I every do anything that any of you think is perverted than I must take any punishment the four of you think fits. Is that good with you Weiss?"

"Yes but just know I'm watching you" she said glaring daggers at me

We continued our conversations before everyone started to get tired "Alright we should *yawn* get some sleep classes start tomorrow" Ruby said rubbing her eyes and yawning "she is to damn adorable when she's tired"

I thought while laying out my sleeping bag and placing a pillow Ruby had given me to use. We all eventually got changed into Pajamas I was wearing some plaid pajama pants and a loose black shirt I walked over to my sleeping bag.

"Good night girls" I said

They all one by one said good night as we fell asleep

Timeskip to the morning
We were all standing off to the side trying to be quiet we were all wearing our school uniforms. I pulled out a small whistle from my pocket and handed it to Ruby "I feel our Captain should do the honours" I said

she seemed like she would burst with excitement as I gave her the whistle she ran towards the still sleeping Weiss as she started to wake up.

She than blew the whistle as loud as she could in Weiss' ear making her fall out of bed "Good Morning Team RWBY!"

"Who gave Ruby a whistle!?"Weiss said I looked away pretending to see something in the window

"Alright first order of business decorating"Ruby said

"We still have to unpack" Blake said this as her suitcase opened up spilling the contents onto the floor "And clean"

Ruby blew the whistle at Weiss again

Montage and setting up bunk beds
"Ok second order of business is classes we have some at 9"Ruby said

"Did you say 9"

"Ye-"

"It's 8:55 you dolt"

As Weiss ran out the door "To class" Ruby yelled and we all followed

We made it only slightly late to Professor Ports class. It wasn't much just him telling a story about his "younger" years as a huntsman the best part of the class was watching Ruby doodle during Ports story then he asked someone to come up and fight a Boarbatusk Weiss quickly raised her hand and changed into her battle clothes "Wait when did sh-" I was interrupted by ruby

"Shhh it's starting"

as Port released the Boarbatusk everyone started shouting words of encouragement to Weiss but anytime Ruby would give her advice or encourage her she would snap back at her I could see this effecting Ruby "it's ok Ruby let's just let her do her thing" As I placed my hand on her shoulder.

Weiss killed the Boarbatusk then class ended Me,  Blake and Yang left as Ruby went to talk with Weiss.

Timeskip to that night
I heard Weiss come in trying not to wake anyone she climbed to Ruby's bed and began talking with her. Ruby had been up all night studying and I helped her a bit when she whisper yelled down to me to ask me a question and to see if I was still awake. I heard Weiss offer to get her coffee and it was nice to see the usually cold Weiss be nice for a change
