The rest of the day went on with the other developers going back to our classroom to continue our concepts on weapons also to write a quick analysis and after a couple of hours passing by without noticing, our station was over. I leave immediately once the alarm sounds and make my way to the cabin me and Uncle Ben own like the rest of survivors have here, were most likely everyone goes when their station is over.

I walk up the trail of rocks that lead me up the hill and from where I stand I can already see the sign dug into the soil that reads Havens Zone giving me motivation knowing I'm almost home. When I arrive the only thing I did and wanted to do is just sleep which is what I did. I slept mostly the entire day until Uncle Ben had to wake me up for dinner because it was already that time. Now I currently sit down next to Uncle Ben as we both eat our food and talk like everyone else here in the cafeteria who wanted to eat dinner today. Uncle Ben's buddies come over to our table and begin talking about their station, something I don't know of, it made me very uninterested and I wanted to leave, that's until Jacob the older kid from this morning came over.

"Is this seat taken?" He said and I lift my head from my food to see him holding his tray in his hands, grinning.

"It isn't" I say and he takes a seat on the other side where I sit.

"I saw you today" He says taking a spoonful of dinner into his mouth.

"Where did you see me?" I say.

"At the field near the river stream, with the rest of your class"

"Yeah, how do you know?" I ask him as I look at him directly with a questioning look.

"I was training we had to do daily laps outside, and that's when I saw you and the rest of your class" He says with a shrug.

"Well, you're right" I say to him and take a sip of my cup of water and we continue eating as he made little conversation with me, talking about his station. That's when I thought of something to ask Jacob that has been in mind lately.

"Jacob, can I ask you a question?" I manage to say to him not so easy to get out of my mouth.

"Yeah shoot" He says giving me his full attention which it made me have anxiety a bit.

"Do you think there's people outside our walls, like anything living?" I say silently and specifically to him and I think he caught a glimpse of my sadness and fear from my face when I began looking everywhere.

"I doubt it, I don't really think there's much out there because if there was anyone out there we would have people coming in our camp by now, but there isn't, so no there isn't much life outside Norman" He says and he's right really, we would be having others arriving and there hasn't been anyone at all. It makes me feel bad and good at the same time.

We remain talking for the rest of dinner.

After dinner I head over said goodbye to Jacob and left to the cabin because it was already dark and I was getting tired. I entered the cabin and I hopped outta my clothes and into my pajamas quickly as possible just to go to bed yet again.

Once I hop into bed I pull the covers over me and pull out my medallions from under my shirt and look at it hang in the air with the table light flashing its light at the golden anchor, the rope made it look cooler all around the entire anchor, and on the outer ring it reads the directions of a compass on it. This was my grandfather's necklace where he wore it with him when he was at sea. His name is Thomas Jent Bryne, he was in the Navy. This was with him until he died then it was passed down to the family where I was the last to be passed down to.

I switch to the other piece I have on my necklace and it is a dog tag my grandmother had when she was in the army. This piece is from my dad's side of the family. Uncle Ben said it is from my dad's side. I don't know if it is or not but it's still pretty cool.

Olivia Valentine is the name on the tag. I don't know who that is but I didn't care because it came from dad's side of the family which had more respect. All I know from this piece was that my mother had it somehow and that's it. It is saddening sometimes when I would see these two pieces, just it isn't today that made it emotional. I kiss both medallions and hold it to my chest then power off the energy saving table lamp next to me.

After a couple of minutes I begin to drift into that sweet nothing and then boom I was out in an instant cherishing the space I have now until Uncle Ben arrives and lays down next to me.

Couple of hours later a sound wakes me up from my sleep. The sound of rustling nearby is heard from where I am. I look over to my side and see Uncle Ben already asleep. I thought it was nothing until it happens again but this time voices was followed by it as well.

"What is it you need it for?" A thick voice I don't recall is heard.

"It shouldn't concern you" The voice of Dr. Meredith is heard through my ears and I'm surprised, what is she doing up this late? Who is she talking to?

"I have to know if we want to have a deal on this" Says the other unrecognizable voice through the rustling trees.

"A project" I hear my doctor.

"If you are still trying to find a cure, I guarantee you it's not gonna work, the world is already too fucked up to be saved" I feel a pang in my chest.

"This is different Harry, this can help us all-" The other voice cuts off Dr. Meredith.

"Nothing can help us now, there's something out there much deadlier than we can imagine, finding a cure isn't gonna help us anymore"

After that being said I felt dizzy. My eyesight begin to blur out. The feeling that surrounds me is cold and utter darkness rises. My hands begin to tremble crazily like no else and my chest begins to get heavy. I get out of bed quickly feeling a lump in my throat threatening to harm me. I begin to worry, what's happening to me? I'm scared, I didn't know what is going on with me. Then my name was called by Uncle Ben standing behind me with the light on showing his comforting face, where it didn't help me this time because my legs went weak and then it all went dark.
