Blaise's P.O.V

"Good morning Master Zabini," a small squeaky voice said. Sitting up in bed I see our house elf, Twilight pulling the curtains away from each other to let some light into the room. "Miss Zabini would like you up and down for breakfast as soon as you are dressed," she says as she walks towards the door.

"Thank you Twilight," I say as she closes the door behind her. Rolling over I look at my watch and sigh deeply at the time. Grabbing my clothes from my draws, I make my way to the bathroom and turn the water on, watching the steam start to envelop the whole bathroom.

Making my way past the kitchen, I couldn't help but notice only Twilight was in the kitchen, cleaning up. I continue to walk down the hallway until I reach the dining room and see Papà at the head of the table and Mamma on his right side, and an empty chair waiting for me on his left. Sitting down, Twilight approaches me and places a croissant with some bacon and tomato in front of me. Whispering a thank you to her, I feel Mamma's eyes on me and feel Papà's furiousness radiating off his body. "We don't thank house elves in this family Blaise. You should know that by now," Mamma says as she takes a sip from her cup of espresso.

"Your Mother is right Blaise," Papà says not looking away from the newspaper, "It makes our name look bad, and we don't want that now do we?"

I look down at my hands and play with my thumbs, "No Papà. I truly am sorry, I promise it won't happen again."

"Good," Papà says, the furiousness slowly leaving his voice and expression.

Sitting in silence, I slowly eat my breakfast and watch as Mamma drinks her tea. Slamming the paper down, Mamma and I snap our heads up to look at Papà, whose furiousness has returned, "He is such a disgrace to that family! Why do they even call him their son?"

"Marco!" Mamma yells furiously at him.

"If he is going to be a part of that family he should at least wear their last name properly Angela," he yells standing up out of his seat. Mamma looks at me and then back at Papà. "If anyone needs me I'll be in my office, with a glass of scotch."

"But Marco dea-"

"Don't try to stop me, Angie!" Papà yells, his voice echoing in the corridor.

Looking back at Mamma, she places her face in her hands and shakes her head in them. Looking at the paper, I see a flash and then two people together, making their way through the crowd. I take the paper and open it up to what caught my eye. Reading through the article my jaw dropped immediately and couldn't believe what I was reading. "Can I be excused?"

Mother looks up at me and sighs deeply, "I guess so since your Father has already."

Rushing to get up out of my seat I head to the corridor but stop and make my way back to Mama. "He'll be okay Mamma," I reassure her as I plant a kiss on her soft cheek.

She places one of her hands on my cheek and smiles, "How did you get so smart?"

"I learn from the best, Mamma."

She smiles and I can't help but smile too. "Ti amo Blaise."

"Ti amo anch'io Mamma," I say back.
