This chapter is kinda maybe just me making it up as I go... Maybe...
Today was Wednesday, and I had to go back to school and face what I had done. Yaaay... I am not a person who usually likes to willingly face my responsibilities, so although I knew I should apologise to Josè for punching him in the face, I wasn't going to any time soon for the pure fact that I didn't want to know his reaction. And I'm lowkey petty.
I didn't want to see him, I didn't even want to be in the same breathing space as him. I also didn't want to see Sphire, she seemed pretty pissed with me, so I was very reluctant to get out of bed.
So I rolled onto the floor and lay there for a while before getting up and selecting an outfit for the day. I chose a simple, yet comfortable Winter outfit.
Because it was Winter and God I love Winter. It's what I like to call 'Cuddle Season'.
Not that I have ever actually cuddled with anyone in said season.
Shut up, I know I'm lonely.
I went through my morning routine in the bathroom before comming back to my own room to get changed. I slipped on my black ripped jeans and an oversized white t-shirt, the neck line slid down one of my shoulders. I pulled on a jumper and put on my red converse hightops and grabbed my bag before heading to the kitchen.
No one was home. I could tell from the smilpe fact that there was no distinct smell of fresh coffee that my Dad usually occupied the house with every morning. On the bench next to my pre-made lunch was a note, I recognized the scratchy hand writing to be S/N.
Good morning, Y/N!
I made you lunch, but you can make your own dinner. Me and Dad are going back to Jamanakai for a couple of days for appointments.
Don't miss me too much and don't skip school, lazy.
Love, S/N.She's one weird kid, my sister. God knows were she got it from... She always acted like she was my mother or something.
I looked over at the sandwich and various snacks in a small pile on the counter top. Smiling to myself, I packed the food into my bag before leaving the house.
I locked up and walked down the street.
We lived on a nice street, I really liked all of the trees and flowers. The various colours and twists and turns of the trees' branches made a calming scenery, and I quite enjoyed walking down the sidewalk.
I reached the bus stop and didn't have to wait long for the bus to arrive. As I got on and handed the driver my change, I could here a fair amount of sneers and unfriendly comments thrown towards either me or Lloyd.
I glanced over at the blonde boy as the driver pressed the buttons on his ticket machine. Lloyd smiled back at me and gestured to the empty seat next to him. I returned the smile as the driver handed me the ticket, and walked over to him as the bus started to move again.
"Hey." Lloyd said as he watched me plop myself down next to him.
"Hey," I replied. "How was your 'break'?"
He shrugged. "Same as any weekend for me, how about you?"
"I spent most of it drawing to be honest."
"Can I seeeee? Pleaseee!"
I laughed. "No. I already told you, they're personal."
Lloyd pouted at me, but before he could continue his begging, an exaggerated cough from behind us gained our attention.
I looked over at the two boys in the seats behind us, the brown haired boy I recognized as the one who weakly told Josè 'Enough' in the fight, and a platinum blonde boy who smiled at me kindly.
