3RD Person POV: Lloyd

He could tell that Y/N was hiding some things from him. What said things were, however, remained a mystery to him. It wasn't as if Lloyd had a bad feeling about the things, it got him rather curious though.

He sighed sadly as he watched her sleep, and god he knows that sounds creepy, but... He couldn't help it. She was having those nightmares, and ever since he witnessed her having one, he couldn't shake the guilt.

Maybe it was because she'd punched him and said something about it being his fault.

She just... Meant so much to him. There was nothing Lloyd hated more than seeing her cry, seeing her hurt.

So every night, he'd watch over her. Just to make sure she was as safe as possible.

He'd met her nine months ago. And about two months ago was the first time he'd come to watch over her while she slept. That first night where she'd caught me because he panicked and ended up sleeping on her bed next to her. Lloyd smiled at the memory, feeling his face heat. He'd thought about it countless times, more than once every day since it'd happened. And often wished for it to happen again.

There were a fair few times where she'd start crying in her sleep, and Lloyd would have to break into her room - not literally, he never broke anything - to comfort her. And more times than one did he also end up in tears.

Tonight, however, he heard sobbing from somewhere else. Somewhere across the street.

He looked through Y/N's bedroom window, she was sleeping peacefully. She was safe. So he dropped to the floor silently, and went to investigate.

1ST Person POV: Y/N

I didn't wake up from a nightmare. Which surprised, but didn't disappoint, me.

I had a sick feeling in my stomach, a sick feeling I knew all too well. It was the same feeling I got that day S/N had first had to go to hospital because of her breathing...

It was my special super power, if you will. The sick feeling I got when, somewhere, something wrong was going on with someone I cared about. (I actually have this irl, so I thought it'd be cool to add in)

Quickly, I threw off my blanckets and scurried to S/N's room. She was fast asleep in her bed, the moonlight filtering through her blinds to gleam on H/C hair.

I scampered to Dad's room, he was also fine.

I sighed, scratching my head as I headed back to my room.

Maybe I was wrong... I thought.

When I entered my room, a grunt from outside immediately caught my attention.

Or maybe not, maybe it's my Ninja babies!

I stumbled in the dark towards my window, pulling the curtains aside and peering out. Down below, in the middle of the steet, was the Green Ninja scuffling with another man. I was right, it was one of my Ninja babies.

I grabbed my phone and ran to the front door, unlocking it and throwing it open before rushing out and onto the street towards the fight.

Neither of them saw me, so I sneaked around behind what seemed to be a robber or something.

Lloyd threw a punch at the guy's head, but he dodged, ducking down.

That was when he saw me, stalking up behind his attacker with my phone in hand.
