Luke's POV
When Hayley bent down and I saw a glimpse of her ass peeking out from her shorts I could feel my pants slowly start to get tight.
"I'll be right back I need to use the bathroom." I say excusing myself.
"Okay. I'll be here." She says not bothering to stand up and turn around to respond.
So I quickly make my way out of the feed room to take care of my growing 'situation'. Damn I don't know if Hayley realizes how hot she is but one thing is for sure I need to keep myself under control or I might do something stupid.
When I return to the feed room Hayley is there on her phone patiently waiting.
"Okay great your back for a minute I thought you fell in." She says laughing at the last part. 'Oh babygirl if only you knew what the real reason was'. I think to myself.
"Okay so you take half and I'll take half. Make sure each horse gets the right bucket." She instructs before handing me half and taking the others and walking out.
After we are all done feeding she proceeds to walk over to a horse stall and introduces the horse as Blaze.
"So Blaze is a very calm horse. He is a 7 year old buckskin quarter horse that you will be using when ever you ride. I may have you ride one or two other horses as well but for the most part you will use him." She explains and I just nod my head.
"So as you can see he is pretty dang dirty so because it's warm enough we are going to give him and some others a bath today." She says while walking over to grab a rope halter and handing it to me.
"What do you want me to do with this?" I ask, "Put it on him." She says in a duh tone. So I open the stall door and walk in and put the halter on but struggle to tie it which Hayley notices so she comes in with me.
"Okay" She starts while standing next to me putting her hands on my to show me how. She explains how and by the end I feel like you could see the tension in the air.
"So you understand now?" She asks not moving from where she is in front of me. "Yeah I think I do a little better now." I say in response feeling her breathing get unsteady as my breath hits the back of her neck.
Hayley's POV
I am in front of Luke right now and the tension is thick. My hands still on top of his by the rope halter. His breath just hit the back of my neck making me lean back into him slightly.
He drops one of his hands to my arm rubbing it up and down just ever so softly. Making me move my neck to the side.
"So undo the knot and show me yourself." I say trying to stay professional.
He undoes it with one hand before taking his hand off my arm to show me. "Like that?" He asks. "Mhm" is all I can process to say afraid to open my mouth.
I feel Luke lean down and press his soft lips to my shoulder and just as I'm about to turn around I am quickly snapped into reality when a horse kicks a stall making me step away.
"Okay then let's get Blaze cleaned up yeah?" I ask. "Uh yeah sure right." Is all he says. Also apparently lost for words.
