Hayley's POV
I wake up a little earlier than usual today but not by choice I hear a car pulling up, I get out of bed and go to my window and look out it and I'm so happy to see what I do.
It's my dads truck, he's back; for how long? I don't know, but I really don't care. I've missed my best friend. I instantly run downstairs and go outside to him. And I instantly jump on him wrapping my legs around him as if I haven't seen him in years, when in reality it's only been a few weeks.
"Dad" I say, my arms and legs still wrapped around him. I take in his scent, oh how I've missed it.
"Hayley, you have no idea how much I've missed you. I'm only here for the weekend but that's better than nothing." He tells me.
"I'll take whatever I can get dad." I say as he sets me down. Then Luke comes out of the house.
"Tim you're back?" He says confused, "Only for the weekend. I told you guys I'd stop by every couple weeks while I'm up with Hayley's brother." Dad says, "I know, I'm just shocked you're here this early." Luke says before yawning, "Well I wanted to spend the day with Hayley and then I figured we could grill tonight."
Luke's POV
I come outside and I see Tim is here, and Hayley is out there with him, gosh even this early she looks beautiful. No makeup, hair unbrushed, in her pajamas; it wouldn't surprise me if her breath was still fresh.
I wish she would talk to me, but with Tim being back it will make it even harder. But I'm happy he's back, maybe that will help me out, and she'll start talking to me again. I really just want to hold her in my arms. I miss her.
"I'll bring your bag in and put it in your room for you. You should eat something." I tell him, "Thanks Luke, and you are right I am starving. Hayley why don't you go get dressed and then we can go for a ride. Luke you don't mind covering the morning duties do you?" Tim asks, "No not at all." I say before grabbing his bags and bringing them to his room before going to mine to get dressed and ready.
Hayley's POV
I run upstairs and get dressed I'm so ready to go for a ride with my dad. We have so much to catch up on. The only thing is I can't tell him about what I really need the advice on; which is obviously Luke.
It's times like these I wish I had a good girlfriend I could go to and talk to about this.
