I wake up in the morning naked in bed without Andrew, I sit up holding the covers with my hands covering my bare chest and call Andrews name, then he comes out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist.
"Everything okay babe?" He asks me, I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding. "I was alone, I didn't know where you had gone, and" Andrew cuts me off, "And you thought I had left you?" He finishes off, I look down at the bed and Andrew walks over to me.
"That is not me anymore. I don't want you to think or worry about that ever again. That's not me anymore okay?" He says while holding my face in his hands so I look at him. I nod as he smiles and gives me a kiss.
"Now get dressed, we are going out." He says, so I jump up and go to the bathroom to shower.
*after shower*
I come out of the bathroom with the towel around me and see Andrew styling his hair. I let out a small chuckle and he turns and looks at me and speaks, "Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes my love."
I nod my head and open my bag to pick out what I want to wear, I brought a few outfit options because I wasn't sure what we would be doing. So I just go with a pair of jean shorts, a black crop top with a grey cardigan because it's supposed to be a little chilly and white converse for shoes.
I go to the bathroom to blow dry my hair and put on a little makeup and so I can brush my teeth and then we pack all our stuff up and we are ready to go.
"So what exactly are we doing today?" I ask him as we walk down the hall, he looks at me and smiles before speaking, "Shopping. I want you to buy whatever you want and don't worry about the price." He says before giving me a kiss and pressing the elevator button.
This is one of the things Drew likes to do. Spoil me, not that I mind but he just flaunts his money and it gets kind of old.
We reach the lobby and Drew checks us out of the hotel and we go outside where a valet attendant is exiting our car from pulling it up for us. The attendant puts our suitcases in the back while Drew opens my door for me and then shuts it once I'm in. He then tips the valet and gets in the car and we are off.
"Where shall we go first babe?" Drew asks me, "Maybe we can just go to an outlet mall? Walk around see if anything catches our eye?" I suggest. Drew nods his head and types in the location to the nearest outlet mall and starts to drive us there.
*after the drive*
We arrive to the mall and Drew pulls into a parking space. "Don't move," he tells me as he gets out of the car. He rushes around to my side of the car and opens my door for me offering me a hand. "My lady," he says. "Why thank you good sir," I say back to him. This reminds me of when we first started dating, he would always do that and we would say those lines to each other. It was our thing.
Drew puts his arm around my waist and we walk towards the mall. "Do you care if we stop into 'American Eagle'? I was hoping to get some more shorts," I ask Drew. "Of course I don't mind," he tells me smiling.
So we go there first. I try on the shorts to make sure I like the way they fit, and Drew thinks some of them are "too short" but I just ignore the comment. I purchase 5 new pairs of shorts and then we are onto the next store.
We are walking past an 'Ulta' and I so badly want to ask Andrew for us to pop in there quick, but I know how much he hates this store. He must've read my mind or something because all the sudden he says, "You can go in there if you want. I need to stop into a store anyway so go ahead. Meet me back here in 15 minutes okay?" He says, I smile and give him a kiss. "Thanks babe!" And then I go into the store and he goes to where ever it is he is going.
*ANDREWS POV*
I know Hayley loves that makeup store, but she knows I can't stand it. I want to go get her something to surprise her with though so this is a perfect opportunity.
"Hey babe, you can go ahead and go in there, I know how much you love that store. Meet me back here in 15 minutes?" I say, she turns and smiles at me before giving me a quick kiss and saying thanks. When I see she is in the store I turn and go to 'Tiffany's'.
"Hello sir can I help you find anything in particular today?" An older lady in I would guess her 50s asks me from the other side of the counter.
"I'm looking to get my girl a necklace. What would you recommend?" I ask looking at all the options.
"How much are you looking to," she starts to ask but I cut her off knowing the question. "Don't care what it costs, she is worth every penny I have." I say, and in my mind I think to myself, "and that's a lot of pennies."
"Well then I recommend this necklace here," she says taking a necklace out of the clear viewing box. "It's brand new and it's a limited collection. Only 20 available." She tells me, and that right there sells me.
"I'll take it."
*HAYLEYS POV*
I'm waiting outside Ulta for Andrew and I'm starting to get a little worried. Usually he is waiting for me. Especially since I was in there for 30 minutes, not 15. Finally though I see him walking up to me and he is holding a little blue bag.
"That better not be for me," I tell him. "And what if it is?" He asks grinning. I just sigh and look at him.
"Just turn around Hayley and close your eyes." I decide not to question it. I do as he says and I hear a box open and then close.
"Andrew I swear to god, you better not be purposing," he just chuckles. "I'm not, well not yet at least."
