I was staring at the horizon from the terrace once again, we've been staying here for one week now and I dread the day we would go back to reality. After all this, we would go back to the way we used to live our lives before.

I would once again live as the owner of a company and Solomon would once live as the fiancé of Karen.

"What are you thinking about Olympia?" There was once again that overwhelming feeling of being called my name once again. He gave me that name, I was a lost specie when I decided to leave and follow what the oracle said. I traveled long enough to find my mate, I saw him and I waited for the right time.

"I was just thinking about how our lives have come to this." Back then, I was adopted by the person they refer today as Condrad, and Karen, my sister. Destiny must be making a joke, that even in their next lives, they are still born as the way they did before. Karen is still Conrad's daughter, and funnier is Karen is once again destined to marry Solomon.

"Like what?"

"Like you're marrying Calista again, for the second time." Yes, Solomon was a meant to marry Calista, or should we call her Karen. But our fates have already been written in the stars, and no one, not a single soul could change that. I was meant for him and him for me, that was a rule.

"I haven't married her the first time, I married you," he hugged me from the back and I rested on his chest.

"Yes, you married me the first time, but you were still promised to her again the second time around. When this is all over-"

"Shhh...I don't want this to be over."

"Me too, but we can't run from reality, you promised to marry her." We have different lives now and we can't change it.

"But how can I marry her when I already have a wife, this is my reality, this is what we were running away from, this is what was being stolen from us all this time," I faced him and held his face in my hands, memorizing all his features like he would vanish in thin air the moment I blinked. "You are my wife Olympia."

"And you are my husband, but I don't even know anymore." I'm confused to whatever I should feel, do, or even how to react. This is all too much for me and I knew that it's all too good to be true.

"Let's just savor the moment and forget about everything right now."

"But we're bound to go back tomorrow, the conference will end today and it is expected that we'll be back tomorrow." I felt so at ease with his arms around me and my head against his chest.

"What if we don't go back, what if-" he was cut off by the sound of his phone. "Go answer it, maybe it's important,"

"No, it's just Karen, she's been calling me for three days in a row now."

"About what?"

"The wedding," he must have seen hurt in my face because he hugged me tighter, "Don't worry I won't marry her, not now, not later, never." Those words should have been enough to reassure me, but the ugly feeling was still eating me to whole.

Their wedding has been in the news and everyone was looking forward to it while I tried my best to suppress the morbid feeling threatening to overpower me.

We spent the whole day with each other in, our arms around each other and nothing felt better than being so close to him.

Then the final day came. We are now on our way back in his private jet. I insisted that I take the plane because seeing me with him would stir more attention from the media, but he never listened.

We landed in his company's rooftop while I asked Caspen to fetch me. He didn't dare to ask anything for he knew I would never want him to.

We parted ways just like that. I haven't had the decency to say goodbye, it would just make everything complicated. I sneeked out while he attended the company meeting, for I too have a company to manage.
