A/N: HELLO!!! I'M BAAAAAAACK!!!! It's summer vacation!!!! And I am freed from school!!!!! But I still have summer homework and crap to do!!!! But I have considerably more time to write now!!! And about the last chapter, I think I made it a bit too complicated and confusing. I just want to show something different. Well, sorry about it if it you find it too complicated. Anyway, here's chapter 10~~ please enjoy!!

A large number of students, mostly guys, were fighting their way to get to the windows of a certain classroom. This eccentric scene would appear once a week, when it was time for the last two periods of the Friday lessons, the weekly club activities time. At Subaru's school, club activities were to be freely participated by those who entered the clubs after school from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday, the two periods would require their attendances and there would be an instructor supervising their activities and recording their weekly progresses. Students were not obliged to join clubs, so usually those who didn't join any would just go home after each day, while those who did would spend some time after school everyday doing the activities or just hanging out with their club mates. Before this semester, the last two periods of classes in the afternoon on Friday were a lot quieter since those who didn't join any clubs would've left school and gone home. Yet, none of those students wanted to go home early now due to a few certain people.

"Damn~~ I wish I've chosen the cooking club...!!" One of the students muttered, trying to squeeze to the front of the crowd. "Urgghhhhh!! God!!! Please let me possess the power to walk through walls!!!" Another student who was being squashed against the wall shouted. "I wanna be that dough she's rubbing...!!!" One of the guys closest to the window shouted, trying to peek through a gap between the shut curtains.

This classroom was the cooking club's classroom, in which Rem and Ram and their fellow club mates were making cookies. "Nee-sama Nee-sama, the doughs are ready to go in the oven." Rem said, handing Ram a tray carrying a dozen doughs. "Great, thank you, Rem." Ram said, smiling, as she took over the tray. She opened the oven door, slid the tray in, finished the settings of the timer and temperature, and closed the oven door. "Tres bien! Looks like everyone's finished!" Their teacher, Hanezawa sensei said, clapping. "Soon, we will finally find out who's the champion of the week." He said, waving his hand at a score board.

The cooking club held a weekly competition for the club members during the mandatory club periods on Friday. The members were paired up, and each week they'd have a topic dessert, and at the end of the class, they'd vote on the one that they think was the best. So far, Ram and Rem's team tied with Higashihara Nico and Suzuki Kuriko, a girl in the same year but different class with Rem and the others. "Well, while we wait, we shall have a look at my surprise for you this week." Hanezawa sensei said as he pulled out a box from beneath his table. He'd prepare a surprise dessert for the students every week.

"Behold! A beautiful dessert from my home country! French apple tart!" Hanezawa sensei was a Japanese born in France and he spent the first fifteen years of his life there. Everyone in the classroom gathered around his table and leaned over to have a better look. "Whoa it looks really nice!!" Nico exclaimed, her eyes gleaming and her mouth watering. Kuriko was standing a bit behind Nico, a satisfied smile spreading across her face. Hanezawa sensei took out a pile of paper plates and handed each of his students one. "Š'amuser." He smiled, watching everyone eating the apple tart.

"This is so good!!!" Nico shouted after taking a bite, two lines of tears running down her cheeks. "Ne, ne, Kuriko-chan! This is really really good, right???" Nico said eagerly at Kuriko, who was chewing on the tart with the same satisfied, dreamy smile on her face. "Sensei, do you have the recipe for this dessert??" Rem asked after she finished the desserts on her plates. He smiled and took out a pile of paper. "I'll just leave them here. Feel free to take ." He placed the pile of paper on his table. Rem thanked him and took one.
