3rd Person PoV
Harvey looked down at his phone.
It was his new phone.
It didn't have his red case, the chip in the corner from that time Max accidentally smacked his tooth into it when he was 'flying'.
He knew that that because he gave his old phone, Rana was safe. She had delivered the message and now Harvey had a chance to save them.
He opened up the message icon and tapped on the most recent person he had texted.
He nodded to himself and tapped out his message. Without hesitation he hit send.
Then he looked again.
The person hadn't replied.
He scrolled up, and up and up.
He'd sent at least two messages or more a day. They hadn't replied or even seen them.
He slowly read over them.
"Are you ok?"
" Tell me! "
"I need to know you're ok!"
" Is Max with you? "
"Is he alright?"
" Come on. Please tell me you're ok! "
He hit the bottom of the messages and his thumb lingered over the last message.
"I love you."
It was true.
Harvey did love Rana.
She was sweet and cute and she cared.
Harvey loved Max more though. He wanted to know if he was ok. If he was safe.
He wanted to spend the rest of his life with Max and Rana.
He wanted to do everything in his power to save them and take them away from the disastrous horrors they could have inflicted on them.
Harvey tapped out his message but wondered if he should bother sending it.
If she hadn't replied or seen the others.
Why would she see this one?
It was the hope he had though.
What if she did happen to see that one message but he never sent it?
She would never know.
Harvey took a deep breath and pressed down.
He closed his eyes and breathed out with a smile.
He had a feeling.
A nice feeling that Rana and max were alright.
"I'm here. Waiting for you, however long it takes. I'll wait to spend my forever with you."
They were going to be alright.
