The note at the end is very long so I tried to make the story itself as long as possible. I hate that two pages on word is only one on here.

Tray and Tori dragged me inside the house, offering comments on what just happened.

“Did he drag you out there himself?”

“Did he bribe you with candy?”

“Who does he think he is? Trying to talk to my sister.”

“Yeah, who does he think he is, trying to talk to your sister?”

Tray stopped walking and looked at Tori. She smiled at him and continued on in the house. They were trying to drag me into the kitchen but I didn't want to talk to anyone. I pulled my arms away from them, causing them to look back at me.

“I just want to be alone right now, okay?”

Tray and Tori looked at me worriedly. “I'm fine,” I assured. “I'll be fine.”

They glanced at each other as I turned around, heading outside. I was going to find Holden and talk to him. We have to get this settled once and for all. I looked for Holden on the lawn, but the amount of bodies had increased in the last five minutes. I started asking people if they'd seen him.

“Nope.” one girl said, ignoring me right after I asked.

“No, sorry,” another said, giving me a sympathetic look.

This girl Samantha even got rude. “Didn't he cheat on you or something? Why are you looking for that asshole dick?”

I smirked a little. Boy was she gonna get it. “For your information, miss, I'm looking for him because I need to talk to him. I only asked if you had seen him, so don't you fucking dare get a fucking attitude out of nowhere. I'll have you know-”

“Okay,” she said, putting her hands in front of her, “Calm down, I don't want to get hit with your camera, too.”

I huffed and turned around, deciding to just go back into the house. He must have gone back into the house if he didn't already leave. I was going to wait for him by the doorway so that if he was here I would see him leave.

A hand grabbed my arm and turned me around. “I heard you were looking for me?” Holden looked fragile, like if I didn't say something nice he would evaporate right then and there.

I nodded. “Yeah. I want to talk about... you know.”

Holden turned towards the stairs and went into an empty room and turned on the lights.

“Listen, Ollie, I really just want to say that I'm sorry and that I shouldn't have done what I did and that I shouldn't have gone out with Selena since you were giving me a chance and-”

I kissed him to shut him up. He tensed up but he relaxed and wrapped his arms around me, bringing me closer to him. I pulled away, only to have him move his lips toward mine again. When he pulled away, we just stood there, him hugging me with his head resting on mine.

“I miss you, Ollie,” he whispered.

I put my hands on his chest to try and get some distance between us. He kept his arms wrapped around me and I kept my hands on his chest. His eyes looked so hurt and I wanted to just hug him and love him and tell him everything would be alright. I wanted so bad to forget everything that happened.

“I know I said I wanted to break down your walls, and I'm fine with that. I want to show you that I'm here and I'm never going to leave. I want to show you that I won't hurt you ever again.”
