Thank you for the banner!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked to class, slightly mortified that Tori said I was going to marry Holden. I don’t even like the whole girly thing, so I definitely wouldn’t enjoy getting married.

I don’t even like flowers.

Just before I reached social studies, my eyes were covered again.

“Come with me if you want to live,” Holden whispered.

I held his hands as he pulled me away from where I had originally planned to go.

“What are you doing, Holden?”

“Shh. Just follow me.”

“Follow you? You’re behind me, with my eyes covered.”

“Shh.”

I groaned loudly and Holden chuckled. “I guarantee you’ll be making that noise soon.”

“What is with boys and sex? You guys are ridiculous!”

Holden laughed. “Well aren’t you dirty? I meant at what I have to show you.”

I could feel my cheeks get a little warm. “Oh.”

“Yeah, oh. Get your mind out of the gutter, Ollie.”

“Shut up. It’s fact that guys think of sex every 7 seconds.”

“Oh sure, count off.”

“Okay. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.”

“Now, I’m thinking about you,” Holden whispered, stopping us.

“Well aren’t you sweet?”

Holden let go of my eyes and turned me around to face him. He leaned down slowly, pausing just before he reached my lips.

“Is this okay?”

I rolled my eyes and leaned in the rest of the way.

When we pulled away, I said, “From now on, you can kiss me any time you want.”

Holden smirked. “You got it, Boss,” and he leaned in again.

When he pulled away, he turned me around and revealed a beautiful landscape.

“Oh my God… where are we? We didn’t walk for long.”

“A little bit from the school. I found it the other day when I was… running.”

I turned to him. “I wish I had my camera.”

“Your wish is my command,” he said, pulling my camera from behind his back.

I smiled and took it, immediately going to take pictures. But then I realized something.

“How did you get my camera? I lock this up every night.”

Holden’s expression changed to that of a deer in headlights.

“Um…”

“Travis.”

Holden nodded. I rolled my eyes and turned back to the scenery. There was a weeping willow in the middle of nowhere, with neatly trimmed grass and evergreen trees much further away.

After taking a few pictures, I turned to Holden with a thoughtful look.

“You know… it would be nice to have a model…”

Holden smirked. “It would be my pleasure.”

He ran around me and took on a Superman pose. Just as he did, the wind came and blew his hair, as well as blowing his plaid shirt open. I took a picture quickly and took more as he posed in different positions.

As I came to look over them, I came to a stunning revelation.

I might be falling for Holden.

Lol, jk. That’s way too soon. I still kinda hate him a tiny bit.

When we got back to school, Tori was waiting by my locker.

“Can you just leave like that? We have like eight periods left,” Tori said.

I smiled. “I was with Holden.”

Tori smiled widely, looking at me knowingly. As I opened my locker, I could feel her staring at me.

“What? I asked, pulling my books out of my locker as quickly as I could to prevent being late to science.

“You like him, Ollie. Just admit it.”

I scoffed. “Please. I don’t like him. He’s trying to make me like him, but so far he’s failing.”

“Then why did you let him take you out of school? And why do you have your camera? Were you taking pictures of him? Where did you go?”

I slammed my locker and turned to Tori. “Tori, shut up! What’s with all the questions?”

Tori giggled and put a hand on my shoulder. “Just wanted to see your reaction. It’s showing signs…”

She began to skip down the hallway.

“Wait, Tori! Showing signs of what?”

Tori turned back quickly, to say what I didn’t want to hear.

“You like him, Olive!”

My eyes widened and I shouted, “No I don’t!” I turned to those around me who had stared at me after what Tori said. “I don’t like him, she’s lying. Lying.”

I didn’t want to like Holden.

I would deny it for as long as I have to.

So guys, I’m Hispanic, so for Thanksgiving, I had pernil. Or pork. Or pig shoulder. Tastes good, man. My mom got a ton of food for no reason. I mean, we have a family of four. She got a turkey, pernil and ham. Enough food for a year.

Loljk, my brother eats like a monster. At twenty-two years old, you’d think he’d eat less than a teenager.

WRONG.

FACT: The hypothalamus of a male is larger than a female.

Just sayin’.

OH! And before I forget, I'm a part of the Genre Over Load project, so go check it out and sign up. It's on my fan list. You'll see it, cause it's an abnormal picture.
