Carter watched as Luke's body was lowered into the ground.
"Love you Luke, forever and ever," She whispered, with a sad smile.
She felt Calum wrap his arm around her and pull her closer. He gave her head a kiss and whispered, "He would be so happy for you. He'd want you to move on."
Carter nods and looks up from Luke's casket that was currently being buried, and saw his father.
He was looking right at Carter with tears in his eyes.
She walked over to him and said, just loud enough for him to hear, "This is your fault."
Then she turned and walked away, not looking back for a second.

"Leah, mommy and I have a surprise for you!" Calum told their 2 year old daughter.
Carter smiled, "You're going to have a baby sibling."
Leah got a huge grin, "Will it be a girl?"
Calum chuckled, "Maybe. Well sweetie, daddy has to go. Will you come to my concert tonight?"
Leah nodded excitedly, "Of course, daddy! I can't wait to see uncle Mikey!"

"Leah, meet Samuel Luke Hood," Carter held out their new son, Sam.
Leah frowned, "But I want a sister."
Calum chuckled, "But daddy got the boy he was hoping for!"
Carter and Calum had agreed in advance that if they had a son, his middle name would be Luke in honor of him. Calum was fine with it, he knew that there'll always be a part of her that loved him. He didn't mind, he knew thats just life.
Calum loves Carter and Carter loves Calum and thats all that really matters.
