RYDER'S POV
I hate when people raise their voice and yell.
But I hate it more when they raise their voice and yell if it's about me.
And that's what everyone was doing.
Luke is losing all of his friends because of me.
When stuff like this happens, I get panicky.
So that's why I ran away.
I don't know where I'm going.
Or who I'm running to when my favorite person was right beside me.
I ran into a little forest.
No one will find me here.
I find a tall oak tree and start to climb it.
I climb until I can't anymore.
I check my phone to see if Luke tried calling me.
50 missed calls from Forever Person 💘
Forever Person 💘: Ryder
Forever Person 💘: Where'd you go??
Forever Person 💘: Please answer me when you see this
Forever Person 💘: I am not giving up on you.
Forever Person 💘: You got here two days ago
Forever Person 💘: I'm not letting you leave me this easily
Forever Person 💘: I love you so much
Forever Person 💘: Come back to me, baby
Chris even called and texted me.
46 missed calls from unknown number
Anonymous: Hi Ryder
Anonymous: Don't worry it's Chris
Anonymous: Luke and I are coming to find you
Anonymous: We'll get you soon.
It's sweet that they care so much.
But I don't want to go back there.
I hear voices and grip the tree branch tighter.
"Could she have ran this far?" A voice asked.
It sounded like Chris.
"I don't know. Ryder!" Luke called.
"Ryder it's just Chris and Luke!" Chris said.
I looked down at them.
I watched as Luke tapped Chris's shoulder.
"Baby! Please come down!" Luke called.
I slowly climbed down the tree.
Luke picked me up and kissed me.
"You scared me so much! Why'd you run away?" He asked.
"Because they were all talking about me. I'm sorry. I'm probably the reason why you're going to lose your friends." I sighed.
"Not me! With ya forever, buddy!" Chris said.
"I don't care if they drop me as one of their friends. As long as I have you, I know I'm okay." He said.
